There are 19 of us…my 4 sons, their wives and our 10 grandchildren. Everyone was comfortable with the accommodations. The only negative was there is no bathroom in the upstairs bunk room.

Our group of eleven had a wonderful weekend at the French Quarter Inn. Beautiful spacious home with amazing views and spectacular sunsets.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the delightful French Quarter Inn for a weekend getaway, and I cannot sing enough praises for this amazing experience. From the moment we stepped foot into the property until the time we reluctantly checked out, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The concierge, Debbie, was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay! This place truly felt like a home away from home! The first thing that caught our attention was the stunning location. Nestled amidst picturesque surroundings, the property offered breathtaking views of the mountains that instantly melted away the stress of everyday life. The privacy of the location allowed us to unwind and enjoy peaceful moments with our friends. The home itself was a gem! Immaculately maintained and tastefully furnished, it radiated warmth and comfort. The interior design was thoughtful, creating a cozy ambiance throughout the entire space. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, giving a feeling of openness that added to the overall experience. The amenities provided were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. We enjoyed cooking together and relished our meals on the charming patio while savoring the stunning views. To sum it up, our French Quarter Inn rental experience was absolutely wonderful! If you're looking for a memorable weekend getaway, I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Our family of 12 stayed here recently for Memorial Day weekend and it was wonderful! The house was just as lovely in person as the pictures depicted . We needed help with a few things and the property management was very quick to respond and take care of us. We ate at the MENTONE market for lunch and Vintage 1889 in Ft Payne for dinner .The hot tub was the perfect way to keep the grandkids entertained- everyone was happy. Don’t hesitate- book this! It is one of the best!

This property is clean, large and the view is beautiful. We took a few friends for a two-night weekend getaway. Having said this, we had a few bumps in our stay - hot tub wasn’t working properly the first night. Debbie at the front desk sent out Charity to help troubleshoot, but to no avail. I continued to troubleshoot the switches which are not in an ideal location (in the bushes on the side of the house) and finally got it working later in the evening. The next day we had a burner on the gas stove to go haywire so it switched on and off every few minutes for the rest of our stay. Once again Debbie sent someone out and it was decided to leave as is, otherwise, they would need to take the stove out. The combination with Debbie was excellent and responsive. However, when I inquired about a discount, I was told I would need to talk with Chanelle who I messaged and and in return offered us an offer for a free breakfast at a spot down in the valley, which we passed. After sending a personal message at the end of our stay, we received a canned response with "We hope you enjoyed your stay and please refer us, etc" At the end of the day, I think in this situation, it’s good customer service to provide a discount to the client - even if it is very small and marginal. Just a way to recognize that we did not get the full experience we were paying for. Given some of the other comments on this property, I would be hesitant to book for any large, important event.

Communication was so unprofessional and disrespectful. The water pipes got frozen and we were blamed for it. We didn't get any instructions on how to prevent that from happening. We had to stay 3 days without water. And then we weren't given any options to work this situation out, the only option we were given is that we were asked to leave. We stayed because we couldn't afford all the extra expenses finding new place or booking new flights.

Wonderful property, spacious with a great view. Perfect for larger groups.

Perfectly situated with beautiful views. There are so many spots to relax and unwind in this home. With just a very short drive we enjoyed dinner in this quaint and friendly town. Also very quick drive to Desoto Falls. We had terrific communication with the hosts and highly recommend this location. We hope to return.
