*The walk to the lake may be challenging for very young, disabled, or elderly, but I am easily able to walk to the lake carrying my toddler.
*Indoor stairs from the main level to the basement could be challenging for the very young, disabled, and elderly. There is a baby safety gate at the top of the stairs.
*Cell phone service is spotty, but Wifi is excellent and allows our cell phone to make phone calls without problem.

Even though it rained for our entire stay... we really enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful property! This house is so cozy and warm!!! We can't wait to come back during the summer and really take advantage of this area. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home.

This was a very special year - our 27th in a row - of our father / son week at the lake. Now 3 generations spending quality time together at the most beautiful location in NW Arkansas. This house was the perfect place to spend the week. With the ideal proximity to both marinas and day / night activities, it’s the perfect place to simply relax and to explore all the incredible things the Bull Shoals lake / white river has to offer. The property delivered on its promise and we will be back again for year 28!!

The house was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family. The boat ramp is very close and we had lake access from the house to swim. We saw a lot of wildlife since it is at the end of a culdesac. Arkansas is hilly, so the property is on a hill and at the bottom of a hill. Would recommend 100%!

This property is tucked away in a very secluded cul-de-sac. Offers a large back deck for gathering, and an amazing view of the lake. The the one item I would suggest noting would be parking/moving space for larger boats on trailers is limited. Once we unloaded and left boats at the easy 5 minute drive to Bull Shoals boat dock it all worked out. Most definitely not a dealbreaker, I hope to return soon!

Wonderful house right on the lake and just a couple minutes drive to Bull Shoals boat dock. Clean and spacious, gorgeous view of the lake, and private as it's at the bottom of a hill on a dead end street. My boys loved taking the kayaks out on the water. Only minor complaint I have is that it was challenging to haul the kayaks down to the lake due to the steepness and rocky edges bordering the water. Other than that, the house was a perfect spot to enjoy Bull Shoals and all that the area provides in terms of outdoor fun. Definitely would recommend to others.

We had family of ten and we enjoyed the house! The house felt like we were in a secluded place. We loved the hot tub and walking outside for a hike. Amazing hike behind the house to a bluff! Just beautiful! It was too cold to do any water activities, which would have been even better. We also rented a boat and explored around the river. The owners recommended trip to Branson by taking the perry. The road was not quite scenic in my opinion but it was an adventure for sure and we had a great time in Branson. We also had wonderful hike to Indian Rockhouse hike and spend some time at White River State Park. Our host Andy responded so fast to our questions! Thank you! We LOVED the house and highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home, quiet cove with water access (somewhat steep and rocky but pretty all the way!), great communication with host. Enjoyed our stay!

The entire family was able to come and all stay together and we had such a wonderful time! The host could not have been more responsive or helpful. We had a total of 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids under 5, and had plenty of space for everyone. What a special bonus for the kids to find a large tub of toys to play with that weren't their own! Different toys are always way more fun than your own.

Loved the property!!! Was quiet and we were able to take in the lake, and local cave and the wonderful brew-pub in mountain home. The quiet get a way we needed!

This is a very nice property to stay. Pretty deco, right on lake, 10 family members, had plenty of room to mingle. Nice deck , plenty of seating for all. The grill and griddle had to be scrubbed clean before use. The basement bath was dirty, and had to be cleaned, but the rest of the house was perfectly cleaned and very welcoming. We had a great time.

Extended family vacation at the lake. We loved the location! The house was even better in person than in photos. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us. The griddle and grill were so handy and it made cooking as a family a lot of fun. The kayaks were awesome! We loved taking them down to the cove. We will be back as soon as possible!

Came for a fishing trip with my 82 year old father, brother and husband. Everything was as described. Made new memories which are especially important right now because dad's been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Home was quiet and peaceful. Would stay at Andy's place again :)
