The warm feeling of home. The food was exceptional and farm produced. Very clean and location was just as I prefer, quiet. Yoga session was enlightening. The best thing about Francolin Farmstay was the host. They treat you like family. I am grateful to have booked this stay. Thank you 🙏

It is safe to say that it is our second home from here on. We had planned to stay at francolin lodge for just 2 days but we ended up extending it for another whole week. It was hard for us to say goodbye to this place but here is our experience at this place. If one is looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway or a workation this is a perfect place. Starting from the morning sun hitting the room windows and a beautiful farm at the property and mountain view in front, the location will leave you in awe of nature. The hosts Preeti Didi and Pratik bhaiya are super sweet and cool. They make you feel right at home. We got to know so much about organic farming and produce at the property from Preeti didi and they use the same produce for meals. The food is delicious to say the least. You'll love all the cuisines that they make but be prepared to walk later to digest that super yummy food because you'll definitely eat more. To top it off, Preeti didi is a certified yoga instructor so an hour of yoga with her in the morning sunlight with the mountain view will leave your body and soul relaxed, engergized and focused for the day ahead. The network is decent enough here to work from the mountains. The nights were chilly but nothing a game of Uno besides the bonfire can't fix! All in all would highly recommend this place if you're looking for some quiet time away in the mountains while working and enjoying the sereness of the mountain life. We can't wait to go back and enjoy all of it all over again!

Amazing scenery

This homestay in the mountains of Uttrakhand is a true gem. The highlight of the stay was the organic kitchen garden, which provided fresh and delicious ingredients for the home-cooked meals. The hosts went above and beyond to take care of us, treating us like family and providing us with an enjoyable and entertaining experience. They are full of interesting travel stories, and spending time with them was a truly enriching and educational experience. We never felt we were away from home, we would surely be coming back to this place again in future.

Away from hustle of touristy Mukteshwar, this property is located in a tranquil village of Darima. Rooms are spacious and get direct sunlight during the day. The hosts at the property Preeti and Pratik will leave no stone unturned to make the stay memorable. They cook fresh meals for their guests which beats any cafe or restaurants food. Almost all food is fresh from the farm at the property and completely organic. The bestest of our stay yet!

Remote location, so there was a lot of peace & serenity Food - Organic and natural, Home cooked and was wonderful. It was cooked by the owner & his mother whilst we were there Owner's Hospitality and service was amazing, full of care, love and affection. Owner's knowledge of the nearby destinations was spot on Cottage is new very well maintained and neat and clean.

Toiletry kit can be additionally provided Tea bags and kettle can be a nice addition Being in a remote location, close by restaurants or food courts would not be available - if you have kids, pls carry chips and snacks with you

It was pleasant and peaceful. We had a very beautiful time there, also the food provided there was organic and very tasty. Owner was very friendly and welcoming.Hope to visit again.

This was a last minute booking and came as a blessing in disguise. The homestay is fantastic and made with a lot of care and affection by the owners pratik and preeti. The location is very good and a very nice view to wake up to. The highlight are the hosts who are very hospitable and pratik is an exceptional cook. I would recommend this homestay to anyone who is visiting Mukteshwar. You won't be disappointed.

First think and the best thing is the host of this property ,mr pratik and her mother they were there to host us ,what a gem of a person he is and the hospitality is superb . The property is amazing great rooms cleaned everything was amazing the location .The food they provide is home cooked delicious food great variety . If you go the first time you will get attached to it forever. Loved the place and property hope to come very very soon

Home-cooked breakfast was superb, enough variations. So too were the lunch and dinner. Location: Not the top of the hill but high enough to get a feeling of the height. Most important is the quite surroundings, away from the regular traffic and crowd. Extra points: east facing windows, a treat on a full moon night.
