Siding was falling off and flapping against the upstairs bedroom, were we sleeping, it was windy so it was a little bothersome. Called maintence and they just picked up the siding pieces and put them in the shed. The flappers remained for the night.

Quiet neighborhood, easy beach access.
No sign for the outside shower, we did not see it until day 3.

It was perfect and the renters were very available and attentive as needed!

Super close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to a good coffee shop. Plenty of space and decently equipped kitchen. Definitely appreciated that laundry detergent and dish soap were provided as well. Added bonus of discounts on local activities. Staff was super responsive and warm!
Place is right next to the sewage treatment plant, as others noted.

all the bed were very hard, upstairs bathroom door doesn’t close.

Quiet, excellent beach access, nice neighborhood, nice parking area, plenty of room.
Could be cleaned better, occasional sewer smell outside.

We enjoyed that it was close to downtown Savannah and we could walk to the inlet front beach.
More detail in property description for future guests, and those from out of area. Balconies couldn't even be enjoyed due to the smell of the water treatment plant next door which was very disappointing. Smell effected inside also and plumbing was shotty. Furniture was not comfortable and fridge took a full day to get to temp.

The property was very spacious, comfortable,and clean.It was very accommodating and pretty much everything we wanted and more.The location was absolutely perfect,literally a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach,in a quiet neighborhood(everyone was very nice when greeted),and in very close proximity to everything local we wanted & needed.Also a very short distance to Savannah!We loved it and look forward to booking again!
I couldn’t use the tv in the master bedroom upstairs and the stove needs maintenance or replaced.Other than that it was perfect honestly.

The location near the beach. We were under the impression that this was right near the beach, however we were closer to the “river”. We had to walk over a mile to find waves/beach we were expecting.
