Right on beach

The computer was down a couple of times so we got temporary parking passes and they didn’t give us a wristband so when we were at the pool staff harassed us and accused us of not being paying customers. It was rude and unprofessional and it was not our problem that we didn’t get what we needed. Also, there was no toilet paper at all when we got there which was really inconvenient.

Loved the unit, very nice ! Great view from balcony on 12th floor , unfortunately scaffolding was at balcony where workers were present at times repairing from storm damage. Electricity was out morning of departure but unit itself was A1 😊

This was our first time at Phoenix X. We really enjoyed the pools, easy access to the beach, and we had a killer view from our balcony. The condo was so nice and clean and was just right for my husband, myself and our two kiddos. We will definitely be back in the future! The staff was so nice and helpful on their end

The staff at the property was excellent. They were so kind and helpful. I did not appreciate one in particular employee from the White Shores Realty that we had to go through. Phoenix X let us check in around 3. This being our first time here, we did not understand the property did not give us the code to enter the room. I contacted white shore realty only to have her tell me that we had to wait until 4 for the property to be inspected and ready. Keep in mind, we had toted all of our things up to the 12th floor with a 6 and 2 year old. I had to sit outside the room with our belongings while my husband took the kids back downstairs to sit and wait in the car. I called the lady back, and she said “did y’all not know check in was at 4?” I replied “yes we did but since they allowed us to check on in, we assumed we were all set and with a code” she says “well it will be at 4 pm” and hung the phone up while I was still talking. I then tried to called the office several times and it was like my number had been blocked. I ended up leaving a nasty voicemail. Finally at 4 pm, I STILL have not received an entry code. I emailed the office. Even the cleaning inspector contacted the office and asked for our code. I finally had a helpful gentleman call me and he personally texted me the code from his personal cell. I still have yet to receive the email code. Thankfully the gentleman texted it to me or we would’ve never made it inside the door
