My rental unit had no hot water for my entire stay. I called Vacasa (the leasing agent on this unit) to seek help and was informed that the “notes for this property” indicated that previous renters had reported similar issues with no hot water. Vacasa then told me that the notes indicated that after turning on a tub or shower, it could take up to 12 minutes for hot water to appear at the tap. They then indicated that I should turn on all hot water sources in the property and run them for up to 12 minutes to see if hot water would appear. That alone is insane, but I complied and ran all faucets for 15 minutes, with no hot water resulting. I called again and was told that the “local team” would contact me to check on the situation. I never heard back from anyone, and since checking out of the property 5 days ago, I have been seeking a refund from Vacasa. I continue to get the runaround from Vacasa representatives, with no resolution. Dreadful treatment. Avoid Vacasa listed properties at all costs.

Severe plumbing issues in this unit ruined what would have otherwise been a great location. The kitchen sink operates just above a trickle. The main bathroom's toilet overflowed on first flush, and the sink in the bedroom bathroom takes minutes to drain, so no brushing teeth in there. The code given to us for the pool did not work. After calling Vacasa for assistance all we were told was that the code we had was correct, no further assistance offered.

Well maintained and clean

The location is great! I love how spacious the bedrooms are! I liked that I could do laundry in the home. The view from the kitchen table of the mountains is beautiful!

The bedrooms were very very hot as the AC unit was in the living room and did not reach the bedrooms. The bed in the master was not that comfortable. The pool was closed but they hosted a tennis game?
