The setting was like a Hallmark Movie. Spending Thanksgiving with immediate family was just what was needed. We loved this house and will likely book again in the summer to take advantage of the lake.

If you want a house “on the water” this is it. We had the best time. Beds were super comfy. We cooked and swam every day. Kitchen was well stocked. It was perfect! The only thing I’d suggest is getting a shower door for the first floor cottage, water goes everywhere and also putting a handle on the inside of the upstairs cottage shower, you can’t close it from inside the shower. But we will definitely be repeat renters!!

We had such a great time and made lots of memories. Daughter got engaged on the deck at sunset. The houses were so nice and clean. We all had plenty of room. We will for sure be back. The owners were so easy to deal with and I would like to thanks them. Just need to k ow where you got the sheets and the mattress, they were the best and would love to have some.

It was beautifully decorated, WELL stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, the beds and pillows were SUPER comfy, and the views were gorgeous!! All of the amenities, both inside and out, exceeded our expectations. The property owners are extremely responsive, helpful, and pleasant! The area is great: plenty of things to do nearby, grocery store close, and just a short drive to Little Rock. We will definitely be returning!

The house has a beautiful view of the lake with everything you need to make you feel at home. The fire pit, jacuzzi and game room were also a big hit with our group. There is enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. I have recommended this place to many friends. It is perfect for family and friends to vacation together.

House was clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for 4 adult couples. Very nice kitchen, extra refrigerators in the game room were a plus! Game room was enjoyed by all. Outdoor space was very comfortable, enough seating for everyone, and comfy furniture. Does have lots of levels, ups and downs on the deck as noted in the listing.

Had everything we needed and description very accurate. Several small steps from room to room, so elderly or handicapped might have a few issues. They did a good job adding extra lighting in the easy to trip areas. Beds are very comfortable. Great place for a big family & we never felt like we were on top of each other. The little 2 bed cottage was perfect. Extra ground lighting from main house to cottage would have been nice. Perfect place to celebrate daughters graduation.

This is in a great location. The cove is quiet and the water was beautiful. We had access to the boat ramp which is a great plus. There is a beautiful deck surrounding the house! We had a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!

The house and property was perfect for celebrating my wife's 40th birthday. The location was near enough to the national park and attractions to be convenient but secluded enough to be relaxing and private. The view, the firepit, and the gameroom were all perfect for our family and friends to celebrate the weekend. The accommodations were clean and up-to-date, and the owners were very kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcomed. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Views were spectacular, right on the water! Great amenities- game room was a fun added bonus. Wonderful place to spend time with friends or family gatherings. Beds were very comfortable! Hope to go back in the summer for a longer stay! Would highly recommend!

This property had the best views of the lake from the kitchen, dinning room, bedrooms and the main living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Robert and Gigi’s place. We did have some issues with check in due to either lack of instructions being provided to VRBO, or the VRBO app would not load the info due to connectivity issues. Once we contacted the property manager and received the instructions, we had a great weekend. The separated game room was awesome, especially having a toddle, because we could be louder without fearing waking her in the main house. Would definitely stay here again!

The house has endless decks on the back that sits right on the water. It makes for the perfect place to gather and enjoy looking out over the lake. The owners replied to our email within minutes of sending it. Would highly recommend this property.

This place was great. Best rental we've ever had. Owners were super responsive, we had everything we needed. Right on the water, we stayed on the deck almost the whole time. Caught fish, had a nice little fire, cooked on the grill, the beds were super comfy, loved the sheets and comforters! It was just perfect. We were all spoiled with the heated toilet seats, what a great touch. We will definitely be back, and we want info on the two new rentals on the hill, whenever they're ready!

This place was perfect! The owners thought of every single thing. The location is outstanding….best views EVER. Beautiful lake, amazing home. Close to town for easy shopping and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the deer! We made a short trip to Hot Springs to try the Morrisons Fried Pies and Cafe 1217….worth the 20 min drive! I highly recommend this property. Owner was awesome to work with and check in was super simple. We cannot wait to come back!

We wanted a lake view home that my 2 brothers and wives plus my husband and myself could retreat to and enjoy time together after losing our dad and brother in one year. Weather and view were magnificent. Some physical items of home were quickly adapted to: slight steps or rise from one room to next, limited lighting in some areas for our "old folk" eyes, but beds were comfortable and patio chairs were great. We literally stayed outside the majority of time. I can imagine that this would be a wonderful summer rental with a family and kids.

What caught our eye in the listing was the direct access to the lake as we were renting a pontoon for the week, yet the real WOW was the view of the lake from our deck and kitchen window. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway then this property is for you! I’ve read all 63 reviews of the property and I have to tell you that this is a lake home not an all inclusive resort. Are there some little issues inside yes, but our own homes have little things that need to be fixed, that is why the owners ask for your feedback as they do not live there. The owner, Mrs. Strack immediately contacts you as you arrive and opens up the lines of communication with you as to relaying any needs or wants. We accidentally left our Reunion shirts at home in Texas and she had her property managers daughters bring them to us after we had them overnighted. The game room was used every single day and was the highlight of the property. It was too hot for the fire pit & s’mores as temps were in the 100’s. We visited several of our other 8-family members rentals and although they were nice too we believe we had the best of all of them. The morning coffee peaceful view and direct access right off the deck to the lake gives the property a 10-Star rating from us! Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Strack for sharing your wonderful property with us to visit our family at our reunion!

We loved staying at this property! It was very clean on the inside. They guys loved spending time in the game room. The outside needed to be swept to clean up all the cobwebs. The view was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed coffee by the lake every morning!

We had a great time at this property! We previously owned a house just down the street from this one, and have long eyed this property as a spot where we would like to stay. It did not disappoint! You absolutely cannot beat the view from the deck! There are so many options for the kids - fishing, swimming, pool, shuffleboard, fire pit fun. Our grandkids just loved the separate game room! And it was nice to be able to spread out over two separate houses in the evenings, but still be able to be together at the main house during the day. We will be back!

The location was great. We were not able to bring a boat over because the dock was not in good shape. We ended up renting from a local busines and that ended up working out ok because we did not bring it back to the property. There were specific issues with the property that we addressed with the property owners and we feel the property owners have already addressed these or plan to address them.

Beautiful property with wonderful lakefront views. The boat ramp was perfect for launching a boat right from the house. The game room made a great entertainment area for when the rainy weather kept us off of the lake. Highly recommend this property.

This home was pure bliss! The deck is amazing! It was over the water, so the children loved jumping right off into the lake and the adults enjoyed the relaxing views. It is in a quiet, spacious cove and the boat ramp and dock we’re HUGE pluses! Our best family getaway yet! Lastly, Gigi and Robert were very attentive and made sure our stay was perfect! If you’re on the fence, RENT IT!!

This house is right on the lake with great views! We have been coming to Hot Springs for years and this is the first house where you are literally right on the water. No big hill to go down or a lot of stairs to get to the water. The drive to restaurants, boat rentals & fun attractions is not far at all. We had a few issues during our stay but the owner & property manager responded right away. Our family of 10 had a great time & we will definitely book again in the future!

On The Lake!
The property was excellent in every aspect. Plenty of room for our family of 9 to spread out and still be part of the action. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to stores, if needed. We will defenitly try to do this again next year. Next time we will bring our boat!

Great Property
We really enjoyed our week long stay. There were a couple of issues the day that we checked in, but everything was addressed promptly by the owner and property manager. Communication was easy and efficient. The property itself is as presented in the listing. We rented the guest house as well, and our entire family was able to make great use of the grounds and game room too. We brought a boat and were able to launch it directly from the driveway. The house is located on a quieter part of Lake Hamilton and we really appreciated the serenity of being off the main channel. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Overall, this was a great stay!
