Door code for entry, large amount of space for all the guests.

Parking the number of guests staying was a little difficult as the driveway only had room for 2x cars and street parking was limited.

Maybe just a Drier would have been great given the rain. Other than that everything was perfect.

Breach of my family privacy by installing 2 security cameras INSIDE the house and a flooded kitchen due to a leak in the wall

House was tidy and clean upon arrival. And location was perfect for our daily travels for duration of stay. There's also the convenience of a shopping mall just 15mins walk away or 5mins drive down the road to cater for all your shopping needs. Plenty of space for our group to chill out in our down time. Get the perfect view of a sunset as it settles behind the Kaimais. From lunch time if you love the sun it warms up all 4 2nd floor bedrooms and shared lounge/kitchen space at various parts of the day. House is warm and inviting and the neighbourhood matches this exact description. There are a few easy walking tracks to enjoy in the area to get the heart pumping with views of a fast changing development area. Would I stay here again. 100%. Thank you Luxurious stay Tauranga, you did not disappoint. FYI the purpose of our stay is becasue my sons were apart of the Mel Young Classic Easter Tournament. We came away with 2 medals. Gold and Silver. I know the comfort and layout of your game definitely contributed to their results

Not what I didn't like but more of a heads up. House is situated close to State Highways one leading to Rotorua and other to Hamilton. If you are not use to trucks changing gears or breaking the noise can echo around the room at all hours of the night. Very little privacy from surrounding homes as the house does not have fence or hedges around the property

No basic coffee /tea/hot chocolate supplied. NO milk etc. The shower in the common bathroom, flew off its handle at the start of switch on. I think it is damaged by previous tenant or not fixed properly.

House itself was beautiful and handy location.

It had no homely feel. All bedrooms doors were locked besides the 2 they decided I would use. Very poor quality furnishings and amenities. I think it would benefit greatly from having some effort put into comfort rather than just the bare minimum since the house itself is so lovely.
