-Perfect and nice staffs I’ve ever met. They help us a lot and never ask for tips. Even I try to give them, they just refused. Since we were two girls, we want to go out at night to buy souvenirs, a staff kindly led us to walk around and recommended a large souvenir shop which were listed with price. Also, I left something in the room, but I was in Aswan already. Luckily, my train to Cairo will pass by Luxor, they suggested me to meet in luxor station to get it back!! And I have just got it back! I feel sorry for letting the staff for waiting me so long in the station… -Good location, just a few minutes from the bus and train station. And we were just next to Luxor temple. -Nice arrangement. Helping us to sign up for local tours with valuable price and help us arrange car to Aswan. Well, we rent a private car to Aswan, but then we were stuck in the check point as the police didn’t allow us to pass by due to safety reason. The driver tried hard to help us to pass by. But unfortunately it wasn’t success. So, we need to go back to Luxor. The host kindly arranged a free room for us to take a rest and help us book the train ticket to Aswan without extra fee! They are so nice. - Delicious meal. They included breakfast but then because of Ramadan, they also provide fruitful dinner without charge. We tried delicious traditional Egyptian meal. We liked it very much. -Good communication. The staffs are all good at English. So communication is not a big deal. If you know Japanese, you can try to talk to the host since he can speak fluent Japanese. Staffs are also able to speak a few Japanese since they are learning.

-Since it’s in the city centre, so there is a bit noisy at night but is acceptable.

El staff super amable y nos permitió realizar el check-in bastante más temprano que lo pactado. En todo momento atento si precisabamos algo (agua, te, etc). Desayuno 10 puntos.

駅やバザール、ルクソール神殿にも近くロケーションがいい。オーナーを初め従業員が皆さん親切で気持ち良く滞在できた。レイトチェックアウトをお願いしたら、零時過ぎの列車の出発まで使っていいよと言っていただき、大変助かりました。

lovely stay and lovely owner! location is great as you’re right next to the souks with the luxor temple just don’t the road, room was really clean and tidy which i loved being female. wifi didn’t really work in our room but definitely an easy fix :)

Incredibly friendly place. It was wonderful to talk to the owner Hasan, and all the staff are very kind and generous.

1.location it is the best hotel very nearby luxor temple , local market and luxor musuem.. we can walk to all east bank attractions.. no need taxi.. everything walkable 2.less price. this is very less price and unbeleivable ..for this location 3.all the staffs , especially moosa (the gentleman) was very helpful to buy all items over here.. 4. owner hasan was very kind and supporting as one of family member.. 5. this hotel organaizing tour also to all over luxor and special thing is hot air baloon on sun rise time.. and u can get nice breakfast any time , and u can order anyfood, it is easily getting. bythe way i like the clean room and very silent room.. i came as solo traveler and i can recommend for family also
