מיקום מצויין, על הים! הדירה ענתה על הדרישות שלנו, מתאימה עבור משפחה, מרווחת ונעימה. המטבח מאובזר , יש סדינים ומגבות, הייתה חנייה בבניין וזה חסך לנו הרבה כסף,היה נהדר!

אפשר לשדרג את איכות המיטות, לא היו הכי נוחות. בנוסף, דרושה קצת עבודת תחזוקה בדירה.

הנוף מהמם וקיבלנו שעתיים מעבר לזמן שהיה, אבל זה הכל.

בלילה התחיל גשמים ורוחות והחלון בחדר שינה פשוט לא הפסיק לטפטף על הוילון, נאלצנו לשים מגבת מתחת כדי שלא יגיע לדברים שלנו, השטיח למטה היה ספוג. לא היה מים חמים מעבר לחצי שעה. רעש נוראי מהחלון והקירות ממש ישנים, האמבטיה ישנה והתאורה מעל ממש מתפרקת. חיכינו בערך 15 שעה בקור וגשם אימים בשעה 11 וחצי בלילה לאחר בילוי במסעדה שיפתחו לנו את השער לחניון ואת הדלת כניסה למלון(!!!) למרות שנתנו לנו שעה נוספת ביציאה איחרנו בעשר דקות והמנקה כבר נכנס לחדר בזמן שאנחנו מתארגנים ולא לבושים, לא דפק ולא בדק אם אפשר להיכנס. דרש שנעשה כלים וננקה את השולחן בסלון כי היה עליו פירורים (זה לא העבודה שלו?). לא תואם לציפיות שלנו בכלל, למרות המיקום האטרקטיבי לכאורה אנחנו בהחלט לא נחזור לצערי.

Definitely Beachfront with balcony.

Only the bed sheets and towels are clean. There's sands on the floor, carpets are dirty. The rubbish bin is not empty 😞 When I seat at the balcony, can only see the sea but can't see the beach. As a beachfront apartment, I would suggest not to use carpet in the apartment.

great location right at the beach, with range of bars and restaurants available right next door. free car parking possible (availability dependant). great views from windows - from Jaffa to Hilton. nice clean public beach in front(says for water sports only but everyone swims and enjoys the weather).

can be loud at nights - but what to expect from such a location.

Great location! Amazing sea view! All you need for a short stay in Tel Aviv.

Could be more clean. Bedding where clean but seemed over used. Dirty windows in bedroom…

The only good thing is location.

Starting, the staff responsible for parking were very rude, (we parked at paid location because parking at hotel is based on free space, which is not more than 5 slots, after we saw that there is free space, we called the staff to ensure we can park, she demanded that we first stop near the gate with car, only then she will check and hanged the phone, just to say that in order to return to the parking gate you need to make a 15 minute hook, just for the “busy” staff check whether there is free parking slot or not), second thing is that last time the room was cleaned or fixed are like never. everything is covered with dust, dirty walls, sockets out of place, cockroaches, bad smell on floors. I’m not surprised the hotel looked empty. Wont come back for sure.
