Amazing location and facilities and attentive staff

A spacious, modern light apartment with well stocked kitchen area. Comfortable bed and large bathroom and comfortable living area. Half way between the historic area and shopping area
We had a corner apartment on the 6th floor over the main street - Market Street. It was incredibly noisy from morning to night with general traffic and guys on scooters, revving up and using the street as a race track, particularly in the evening. Bill boards around us had neon light adverts glaring brightly through the night. Maybe other rooms, not overlooking the main street would be quieter.

The beds were comfortable, the living room wonderful. I loved the view, the full kitchen, and the shower was amazing! High water pressure, great smelling soap, clean and fresh linens! The AC worked great - and the space was very bright and modern. Better than the pictures. I was even able to wash a load of clothes while we were there. It was perfect for what we needed. Wish I could have stayed longer! It was right at the heart of Philly, next to the convention center, so we walked everywhere basically. Great restaurants nearby and easy to catch an Uber for anything far away!
The only thing that went "wrong" was I had ordered some extra shampoo and coffee and it never arrived. But, it wasn't that big of a deal, I just went to the coffee bar and refilled my coffee. There was a little street noise because you are literally in the middle of Philadelphia, but after bedtime it was pretty quiet. Fantastic place!

Nice apartement, in a good location in city. Nice kitchen, comfy bed. The rooftop poolarea was so nice! A good eco food market only minute walk on the same Street.

Hip and trendy, seamlessly incorporated into an existing condo building.
A little too sparse with supplies, such as kitchenware, fridge items, and phone chargers. Sort of shattered the illusion you were living in a condo.

Staff was very friendly and responsive to all of our needs. The location was perfect for what we were doing.

The property is very clean and attractively furnished. The bed was comfortable. Common areas are beautiful and easy to utilize. I especially liked the pool and gas fire pits.
There was nothing I didn’t like. My bed linens included a fitted sheet and a duvet with a cover, but no top sheet, which I found to be unusual but it was not a problem.

This place had an overabundance of things to do and enjoy. From the kitchen to the bedroom, every single room wowed us and had us saying we needed to come back. And we will as soon as we can.
The entrance was a little unclear, I guess. The signage all reads that it's "The Girard", but there's one or two Roost logos by the entrance.

I am a repeat customer and still love staying at the Roost Market East. The staff were professional, attentive and helpful, especially Ms. Shawana and Frank.
Took a minute for me to get checked in, I was in the system but paperwork was not ready. Little minor thins in room like wall sockets and light and garbage disposal switch in kitchen we’re coming out of the wall. The half glass door in the bathtub still puzzles me, might as well have a shower curtain or full door!

Adorable room/apartment, , great open lay-out, convenient location, great staff, nice gym and so happy about the washer & dryer!! Definitely a home away from home!
Sometimes the elevator took longer than youd expect and not being able to have a delivery person come up to your place. Also, lack of good parking options.
