The room was bigger than it looked in the photos, location was great and within walking distance to the main strip and the view was beautiful! It was super handy having aircon as it was quite hot over the weekend that we were there. Laundry facilities were great (laundry powder is provided), and it was nice having a bbq next to the pool.

I don't usually mind if the street is loud because that's understandable being in the city, but the noise at night was quite intense.

Bathroom and spa could do with an update as well as the louvred windows in the spa area as they are rotten/water damaged & have random screws holding them together.

Had to go downstairs every time wanted a smoke, bed wasn’t overly comfortable, needs more blankets for winter months, should have a little convection oven of some sort. Had to pay extra for car park

Check in took over half an hour. Reception lady is very slow but nice and friendly.

Great location near Caville mall and 10 minutes from the Beach. We had a very large 8th Floor rom with a magnificent view The roof top spa was fantastic

I check in late then a girl from hot line charge in my card deposit (218 AUD and 205 AUD), the day later I paid all fee for 4 day 3 night and 205 AUD deposit again, after that I ask reception about the money they charged before, she told me it already released but when I come home it is not. I lost 423 AUD . What's a disappointed about that hotel

The room and location were great.

I contacted the hotel prior to my booking, asking them if it was possible for an early check-in. I was told that a 12 midday check would be arranged. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no notes to say that I called or this was possible. I asked them to contact me when the room would be ready....that never happened either. During my stay, I slipped and fell in the spa bath, which the ambulance was called as I hit my back and couldn't move, was taken to the hospital which I had to stay there overnight. My daughter informed them about this when doing check out the following morning. There was no asking if I was OK or if there was anything that they needed for an incident report. One week later, I still haven't had any contact from them. Very disappointing.

No breakfast menu was mentioned.

Car parking fee should have been for free after paying. Bond not necessary this is for schoolies not adults. Will have to wait 14 days to get Bond back. Garbage.

The staff were quite abrupt and not very helpful. The car park was atrocious, and we had to wheel our luggage down the car ramp on a trolley, to then get it to reception and up to our rooms - not one offer of help from several members of staff who saw us struggling.

One. when I booked the room I booked it said parking was included only to find out it cost another $15 upon arrival Two.i specifically only booked because of the spar in the room as I have arthritis in my shoulders and back and done have a bath in the unit I live in the spas plug leaked it took 3.5 hours to fill up and was empty even quicker because the plug wasn't fit for the spa 3.i had to come down to collect my food because the staff wouldn't let my uber eats driver deliver my food to my room 4.my partner had an allergic reaction to the bed and got hives So I didn't even stay the night I left at one in the morning and went home

Old.. booked for family of 5 and got a side couch so had to have kids sleep with us.. not clean in the toilet

Great location. Great apartment on the top floor with a nice deep spa. Nice view.

Perhaps a view from the spa would be better. Longer spa hours. Open it at 7am.

Beds were comfy and location was great.

Being on the first floor with the pool and BBQ facilities it was very noisy. Could hear everyone walking past in the corridor. Also could hear bathrooms and people in the room above and next door.

We didn't have water on our last day. The bathroom was tiled and very slippery for me.

The location of the accomadation.was close to transport, supermarkets & restaurants.It was great that you could prepare & cook meals if you wished.

2 lights & 1 lamp didn't work in the apartment. The front door didn't lock from the inside, so we had to put the chain.on when we were in apartment.. A few of the bowls & plates hadn't been washed correctly & put back in the cupboards.
