O quarto é amplo e limpo, tem um microondas que facilitou muito por estarmos com criança, o café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe é muito atenciosa.

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the later breakfast hour. When you are on vacation, you don't want to have to get up early in order to enjoy breakfast.

The room was clean and decent, nothing special. The shower head wasn't great, very little water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, mostly consisting of juice, waffles, donuts, and danishes. The coffee machine was broken(a staff member was attempting to fix it). The walls are very thin as you can easily hear people next door to you. Dogs barking and people are loud in the hallway. Would stay here again but not on the first floor.

Great for travellers as a stop-over however, this meant the room suffered a little from traffic noise. Very helpful staff and a really good breakfast

Most of everything was great with the exception of the size of the room and noisy families that let their kids stomp around until 1am
I spite of the staff making a noise complaint the customer continued and the room size was a tad bit small for a family of three

Biggest difficulty was simply the noise of the freeway. Some sort of white noise would have helped.

The hotel is very clean and has lots of bonuses. My room had a fridge, microwave and a roomy desk. Everything was well planned out, there's even a Keurig in the room, which is great. The floors are very clean in the rooms and I appreciate that.
My only downside was the attitude of the staff I encountered. There's no "Wow!" factor to them. I prefer hotels where the staff acknowledge guests and offer some kind of friendly greeting. The staff here don't even bother to smile or say anything even when you are directly in front of them.

The property was fairly clean. The breakfast attendant was on top of everything. I appreciate how clean the breakfast area was maintained by one person! The beds were so comfortable and there were 4 pillows on each!!!!!! Our family enjoyed the night stay.

The location was convenient for my road travel and easy to arrive to.
The bathroom lights were too bright and went on automatically which I didn't care for personally. Also, I sent a message to request a ground floor room for my elderly mother and received a message back that my request would be accommodated. However, when we arrived we were assigned a room on the second floor and told that all other rooms were full.

I loved the wood floors.. clean bedrooms and quiet location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great price and good freshbreakfast!
