I didnt like anything, total regret staying in this property
You can hear everything , chatty people passing by, god knows what people are doing. Noisy aircondition. Overpriced and no acknowledgement of wyndham’s membership status

I like everything about the property.
The property needs to replace some of its clean but dull/gray towels in the bathroom with new ones.

Staffs always acknowledge their guests' presence and they all greet with a smile.
I can hear the conversations of the guests on the corridor and on the next room.

Beds were comfortable, the AC's working properly, staff was friendly and attentive. There's also an ice machine on the 2nd flr (not sure where else), which was really convenient.
Water pressure was a bit low during our stay, but that's a minor issue. There's also no breakfast in-house (there's bread and jam, juices, and instant coffee, though), but they'll place an order for you from the nearby Pancake House.

The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I think it's 1 of the best hotel in San Fernando Pampanga. I would take my family to stay with them again. My kids live the pool. The room was very comfortable and clean. We felt safe and the location was a easy jeepny ride to SM mall and back. Lastly, my wife was happy staying there.

The size of the room was great and had everything we needed! I have been employed by some of the best hotels in the USA has a Chef & I have owned seven restaurants, the staff at Microtel is one of the Very Best I have ever encountered! Every staff member we encounter was very friendly and attentive!

I experienced an insect bites on my legs when I woke up the following day. And asked the front office to spray the room.
I guessed the mosquito is inside the blanket.

The rooms are big, there are two queen beds per room. There were four of us but still took two rooms. There's an ice maker and water dispenser outside the halls. The aroma around the lobby when you enter is refreshing.
The rooms need some soundproofing to prevent reverb. It's generally quiet until people are talking and walking in the halls or cleaning. There was a problem with the credit card system that it got double swiped and charged but it was addressed properly on the phone even though we were already home.

it was very clean also very economic, the decorations for Christmas was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.
