Registration process was easy, room was okaish according to the price
The staff didn't pay attention to my dinner order, the hotel's kitchen was closed, they said we can order zomato for you but they didn't send in the order..neither did they informed that they can't arrange food.. at first the staff said give us 15 mins, then half hour then after 1 hour straight they said you're food order is cancelled. I slept without having dinner..very poor service. If they were not able to arrange they should've told it upfront , they not only ate my time but also my chance to go out and dine in as it got very late because of the hotel staff

The services were not up to the mark. No toiletries or dental kit. Had a basic soap and shampoo sachet.

there was no reception, it was a half finished building with 2 random guys sitting down at the bottom of the elevator. when they "checked me in" they said the property had overbooked and there were no rooms. i had to go to another hotel at midnight. very weird experience and very rude staff. there was also a VERY loud party happening next door that could be heard throughout the building. location is also in a very sketchy side alleyway. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

2. Water bottle was chargeable and complimentary water included tap water only
3. Limited breakfast options (probably got it from outside as they didnt have any kitchen working)
4. any service request would take time and multiple follow ups (took 1 hour to get plates and spoon)
5. Room just met basic hygiene and did not do justice to price they were charging

One of the smallest toilet. I have never seen such a small toilet. Entering and exiting the toilet is very difficult.

This was the smallest Room I have ever stayed . Tiny room. The bathroom was so small ( 3x4 feet) that we will bump into walls and basin when you move. Dirty Linen . No Shampoo , TV Not working.

Room is too small, dirty mattress and very hard pillow. Bed is in bad condition and communication divece not working. Tasteless food n tea. Overall worst.

Rooms were very small, washroom was barely 10ft in size, too suffocating. Staff was extremely rude and unkind.
Rooms were dirty too. Phones not working. bo direct number to call the reception. Not worth the price, there are much better hotels in the same area with cheaper price on FabHotels.
