99% good for Georgia tourists.

Very good location, accessibility to all shops , restaurants, town, silent room with all needed facilities. Toilet has all fittings. Breakfast was really good.

Nothing to say about what I don't like. Because all what provided was enough to make us happy

The location of the hotel is central. Rooms are the same as the photos. Friendly and caring staff.

All the staff were very friendly and interested. Especially the breakfasts were great, every day we tasted a variety of different flavors. The lady who prepared the breakfast was very friendly and prepared delicious food.

There's nothing we don't like about this place.

Great hotel , good location , good staff , Grigor was the best , helped me alot . As a hotel manager I found this hotel from the best places I stayed in .

Breakfast could be better comparing with the level of the hotel .

Very bad service.

It was quiet and the AC worked well.

Most of the staff was unhelpful. The breakfast didn't have coffee or butter and everything was always missing. The cleaning was non-existent, and we needed to ask for everything, even for toilet paper. They say they have a 24 hour reception, but be ready to wake up someone if you need anything during the night.

Only thing whıch i like about the otel locatıon was good.

We reserved breakfast ıncluding. But we dıdnt eat anything because of the unfinished plates from other people’s meals were on the breakfast service table. I booked double bed but it was 2 single separate bed. There was no towel in the room i called the reservation 2 times they didn’t bring and i bring myself The carpet on the floor was dirty and dusty.

location as some halal restaurant is near by and the reception person Grigor is helpful and supporter he help me and answer all my question.

no elevator , no one will help you to take the luggage to the room. the entrance is historical breakfast is almost nothing i take some photo as mentioned there is breakfast included which is some portion of the egg and old tomato , the buffet is in one small table with less than 1 meter. so consider no breakfast included better

Great stay in a great location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated in a great location and all the sights are a short taxi ride away. Please note that this hotel does not have an elevator.

The AC where they serve breakfast wasn’t working. Hopefully they get this fixed.

Very clean, nice stuff. Breakfast is usually at 9 but they made an effort for us because we left early. The big room is great for children. We came with teenages and they loved it

The service was excellent, the cleanliness of the room was great, and the employee ( lika) helped me with a lot of things. She provided me with distinguished service, hosted me well, and guided me about the tourist places. I will always choose the hotel 😍😍

good value for money paid

i really liked the convenience of the place. good location and clean spacious rooms.

some of the staff can be better trained. there were stairs to get to the hotel reception and we had a lot of luggage and we weren’t all young. we asked if someone can help us and their reply was “no”. on the other hand on our checkout the guy was really nice and insisted on helping us without being asked.

The staff were really nice and friendly.

The lock in our room was faulty and we informed the reception about it but apparently it was a common thing and there’s even a trick on how to make it work properly. In the afternoon, there were a lot of hobos sleeping outside of the hotel so you might think twice before booking here.

I will never more choose this hotel

No cleaning room without request, limited towels, in information mentioned coffee machine - false! only instant coffee in sachets. for four days breakfast cornflakes BUT no milk, only boiled water. when we asked we got answer "sorry, no milk" although food grocery is under the hotel....

absence of hospitality. no elevator for lifting luggage.

There was no elevator or help provided to carry suitcases to the second floor. There is no way to control the room temperature. It was hot. The receptionist need training in hospitality basics.
