The staff went above and beyond to answer our questions and communicate with us. They provided very helpful info on getting to Terracota army and touristic spots and had a travel agency inside. Great location, close to metro and Xi’an city wall entrance. The room was clean and comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the early check in. Great value and location, highly recommend.

Great room for a short stay. The room was small but comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. It was in a prime location right next to the Bell Tower. They also offer tours cheaper than rates found online.
A bit difficult to find as it was on a side road.

Service and assistance are excellent. Able to get lots of good advices from Sunny (hotel GM.) via WeChat. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast line has good variety of foods; both western and chinese style. Location is great near the Bell Tower, near the downtown airport bus stop, and also near the Metro and bus stop; it is easy to get around many sight-seeing spots in the city. Left-turn from in front of the hotel leads to the small alley around 6pm to discover a surprisingly great variety of local food stalls.
Generally it is quiet at night and no sound of traffic penetrating into the room. Though for the sensitive ears, there's slight low-pitched sound from the very far outside the hotel at bedtime but not a problem at all for my friends and I; we slept very well throughout the night after sight-seeing long walks.
The weather and the sunlight were too warm on the last 2 days of my stay, of course outside the hotel's control.

The location is central in Xi'an city. It's very accessible by taxi as well as subway, even the nearby attractions such as Bell, Drum Towers, the City Walls and Muslim Quarters are all within walking distance. The laundry facilities are provided free of charge and were really helpful especially during the rainy season.
The hotel main entrance is located in a narrow lane that has a dead-end which is very difficult for cars to get in, reverse and get out. As such, if you take a taxi, the driver will have no choice but to drop you along the busy bus lanes which can be especially inconvenient and hazardous for guests who are senior or disabled.

De kamers en de bedden waren schoon.
De locatie was erg centraal, maar het hotel lag helaas naast een disco die tot diep in de nacht hoorbaar was. De kamers waren ook te warm en de airconditioning deed het niet.

Sehr schlechtes WLAN, direkt über einem Nachtclub gelegen (unsere Zimmer im 2. Stock). Dusche könnte sauberer sein.

- Excelente ubicación, se puede ir andando al bell tower y a la puerta sur de la muralla
- Personal amable aunque sí es cierto que hay mucha barrera idiomática
- Habitación con camas cómodas, había ruido de fondo por la discoteca que hay al lado pero te regalan tapones de oido que me dejaron descansar, el resto de mi familia durmieron bien sin tapones.
- Lavandería gratuita, primer hotel que veo que tiene este servicio y nos vino genial
- Desayuno buffet oriental bastante variado y bueno incluido
- Late check out a las 2 pm con solo hacerte miembro IHG que también es gratuito
- Wifi muy lento, en muchas ocasiones no nos iba y hablamos con una chica en el lobby pero la única solucion que nos daba era desconectarnos y conectarnos devuelta 🤷♀️

Good size room with functioning windows and the air purifier was handy. Good location. Staff did not speak much English but they were very accommodating and helpful! The breakfast was small but something for everyone! The free laundry room was a huge bonus! Not something you see every day.
The hotel smelt faintly of cigarettes through all the corridors and even our "no smoking" room. When we arrived, we opened the windows, turned on the air purifier and found a plug-in room scent in the cupboard which we quickly plugged in - this all helped the smell. We were also very very hot, despite the outside cold Winter weather, and couldn't get the room thermostat to turn down - every time we put it on cool, the temperature in the room would get hotter. We had to keep the window open at all times to keep the room as cool as possible as it was too hot otherwise.

The hotel is in a very centric area, really close to the metro, the Muslim Quarter and other places to visit around, it was really easy to take public transportation to get to other places for sightseeing

Hotel was conveniently located near Bell Tower metro station. Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, Ming Ancient Walls are all within walking distance. Breakfast was great with good variety and daily changes made; certainly exceeded our expectations for the price we paid for the stay. Room was clean and comfortable if not for the lack of A/C and loud thumping sound.
Hotel room A/C for winter was preset to heater mode. Hotel was unable to vary the setting. It was uncomfortably warm and we had to open a small window for ventilation. There was loud thumping sound which came on every night during our 4 nights stay there from outside of the hotel.

Their staff go above and beyond to assist customer. My daughter lost her pendant in Room 218, we moved the sofa/ bed but cannot find. After informed 二樓服務員，唐小姐found it for us. We are greatly appreciative. Front desk very fast, kitchen serve tasty food. Our whole family enjoy our stay very much. Will plan future stay with Holiday Inn.

-There is no need to be worried about food whether it is in the morning or at night, because there are numerous restaurants nearby.
-The tour counter in the hotel provided a good service and the tour is reliable. Highly recommended.

De ligging, vlakbij de Bell- en drumtower. Kamer is deftig. Goede kwaliteit bedden.
Het personeel spreekt geen half woord Engels, ook niet aan de receptie, en is soms zeer onverschillig. Een simpel ding zoals een taxi naar het station reserveren koste ons meer dan een half uur omdat ze het gewoon niet begrepen. Het hotel is helemaal niet proper. Ontbijt beperkt.

Labsence de café noir au petit déjeuner . Tout est proposé avec du lait y compris pour le thé!
Prévoir que la navette fait des détour pour prendre d'autres personnes dans la vieille ville , et qu'avec la circulation et les bouchons ça peut rapidement être très juste pour votre vol. On a eu très peur....

Das Hotel liegt zentral und viele Sehensswuerdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Fruehstueck war ausgezeichnet. Auch Toast und Butter gab es. Aber vor allen Dingen asiatisch. Obwohl im Zentrum gelegen ein recht ruhiges Hotel.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein, ebenfalls das Badezimmer. Aber es bietet alles was man braucht. Die Zimmrr waren sauber, aber die Teppiche sollten unbedingt getauscht werden. Wirken fleckig und angenuetzt.
