nothing at all

I got a call on the day of the check-in to say that if i didn't pay 50% my booking would be cancelled. fortunately, i was in India and was able to make that payment. When i checked in the bed didn't look like it was made and seemed like someone had slept in it plus the pillows smelled. I informed reception and it was changed immediately. The room is run down, and you can hear noise not only from the road but from the other guests on the same floor. The following morning i was woken up at 8.00 am by the reception to remind me of my checkout at 11.00. Then at 8.15 i get a call again to remind me of the same thing but the receptionist apologised and said it was by mistake.

Staff were friendly.

Beach is over 30 minutes walk away. Booked and paid for 4 nights but left after one night.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good - good taste, huge quantity They accommodated a request to give us something that was not on the menu. Was given a parking place just outside the hotel.

One side of the bed was against the wall, so getting in and out was a bit of a challenge.

Location in main busy road, very noisy!

Very dirty, bad hygiene! The pillows were very dirty inside and smelly! I asked to change it for us, but even the other ones were in the same poor condition! I have photos of them! I have checked another rooms, they had the same pillows problems and generally hygiene problems with beddings! They are with brown, yellow spot on them! Disgusting! I had to leave the hotel in the morning, because of that hygiene problem! And it was really noisy room, not just from outside, but from inside staff working in the corridors! I use the room for few hours only and they return me only 50% of the whole sum I have paid for 4 nights! Government agy will be involved, because of this hygiene issues! Their manager is very root and ignorant! Very bad experience with this hotel! They deserve rating of 4.5!

The room was very spacious and clean, the WiFi connection was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast options were a little limited, and the location is relatively far away from the beach.

The room was really nice, clean, good space and an nice pit stop before going to a wedding the next day.

The fact that when we asked to order a 10 minute taxi ride (to our friends wedding) they clearly tried to massively overcharge us. Seemed a bit of a cheap way to earn a quick extra buck from us. You wouldn't expect that they are trying to cheat you for money! Maybe don't do that to guest next time it leaves a bad feeling at the end of our stay.

The room sizes and amenities are exceptionally good. The in house restaurant food quality and tastes are amazing. Quantity of food are exceptionally well. Just 2km away from busiest Maria Hall junction. Easily accessible from Madgaon Station, Bus Stand. Just 3km away from Colva. If you want peacefull stay, please have a visit there. Private parking for 4 cars available.

Noting as such. Staffs are very helpful and down to earth.

Hotel staff was nice and friendly and the restaurant offered great food for both breakfast and in room dining. Room was spacious and clean.

The fridge didn't work and AC but with their assistance they replaced / fixed those so it's was small inconvenience that got sorted out.
