Great location and comfortable beds with good facilities in the room

No on site parking. Construction on 2nd street so the parking garage across from hotel was not accessible. Five minute walk with luggage cart to Hotel to unload

Location was great and very spacious and comfy.

There was no front desk or anyone to contact if you had an issue or needed something. It was set up more like an ABNB not a hotel. The only coffee was decaf and the “lobby” if you call it that only had tea and decaf. We had to purchase pods to have coffee in The morning.

Really liked the room itself and the closeness to everything we wanted to do. Price was better than accommodations we've had that weren't as close to Broadway, so that was definitely a plus. Beds were wonderful, and everything about the place was clean and felt safe. Had a nice kitchen and bathroom as well.

The things I didn't like were all a matter of personal preference, and some are at no fault of the hotel, just an honest review of the overall experience. During the time of our trip, there was/is alot of construction going on in front of the hotel, which caused us a lot of confusion in finding the place. GPS took us to the back of the building with no indication that there was even a hotel there. We had to call to get directions to the parking garage across the street. After parked in the garage, we traveled through construction to find the hotel with only two small signs directing us where to go. To us, this was frustrating after being in the car so long and ready to just pull up at our hotel. We were unaware there was construction. Obviously, it's not the hotels fault there is construction going on, but perhaps mention that when booking or add additional signage during this time. We then used an app to unlock the door to the elevator and to operate the elevator itself. We were given our room # and used the app the entire time to come and go. Personally, this was more work than just swiping a card after being out all day. Again, that's my personal preference. We did not see one single staff member the entire stay, nor did we see any other guests, but the hotel was fully booked. I myself appreciate a lobby to visit and the sense of knowing I can go there and find a staff member if I need something, but here I guess we would have needed to contact someone by phone.

Great location. We had a beautiful view of the river. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy walk to broadway. Offered free coffee & tea in the lobby that was wonderful.

Constructing right now, but the hotel can't control that
