Instalaciones. Tiene un jardín precioso, entras y parece que estás en otro sitio. El personal muy atento. Muy cómodo.

Muchos mosquitos, id preparados!

Het resort heeft heel veel potentie, je ziet dat er overal over na is gedacht.

De douche was koud, onze kamer werd niet schoongemaakt tot we er naar vroegen. Kregen geen schonen handdoeken. Er zaten vlekken in de handdoeken en beddengoed. We misten het enthousiasme bij het personeel. We moesten om alles vragen.

A swindle!! Very good photos but the reality is totally different. This does not value 110-120Eur/night (without breakfast). Completely overpriced. Windows/doors no closing, so room gets full of mosquitos. The rooten egg smell coming from the toiles shower, has no comparison. Furniture falling apart, with bad smell and deteriorated. They have no idea about how to maintain the water of the swimming pool; anything but not transparent at all. Maintenance does not seem to be part of this property, and they call themselves "Resort"... This is a joke! But again, we talk about 110-120 Eur/night!!! Please do not believe in that nice photos.

hot water in the bathroom wasn’t working all the time - had to ask for this to be repaired.

The staff are very accommodating. The room was clean and spacious.

We stayed here for 4 nights & 5 days. The staff members are welcoming, and handed us welcome drinks upon arrival. When we entered our villa, it was still dirty, it wasn’t swept properly plus we saw hair on the floor of the bathroom. Also, the shower gel & shampoo were not refilled from the previous guests’ use. We left it hoping it would not happen again. Also, when the receptionist showed us in the villa she just mentioned where the bathroom & bedroom are. But on the table there were 3 remotes, 1 for TV, 1 for cable, 1 for the ceiling fan - it would have been useful if she told us what they are for as the ceiling fan was not obvious Same day, we asked the receptionist if we can hire a car or tuktuk/tricycle and asked how much is the difference. The receptionists don’t know a thing, they will just say they will ask first then come back to you. This asking takes too long! I suggest they should have a book for their reference, indicating the price from their resources, so they would know what to answer to their guests and at least just give an idea on how much they would cost. Day 2, we went for an island hopping so we left our key to reception for room cleaning. When We came back, it was clean but still the body wash & shampoo & toilet rolls were not refilled. When we switched on the TV at 5pm, it’s not working. We mentioned this to the receptionist and said it will be fixed same day - no one came. Day 3, we went for land hopping and asked for room cleaning again so left our key to the receptionist and reminded her of our broken TV. When we came back at 1600 everything was as is, floor was still dirty and no refills. We complained and said the housekeeping duty starts at 5pm and will send them to our villa to clean up. So we left for dinner, and came back to a clean room but she took all our beach towels without replacing them also no refills still for the body wash, shampoo & toilet rolls.
