Los espacios muy amplios en el apartamento deluxe, cómodo y muy moderno, el hotel tienes espacios muy bonitos como el restaurante y el área de piscina. La ubicación es muy buena en san Antonio y cerca a muchos sitios de interés y restaurantes. El personal muy atento siempre.

The breakfast was ok and the location was good.

This was bad. When I woke up after my first night in Rossa Palma, there were little black things in my hair. I wasn't sure if it was seeds from sitting under a tree at dinner or what. I was worried about fleas or lice eggs. When I got back to my room that night I found the bed and pillow were COVERED with these. The room was very sparse and simple, but it seems it was also infested with some kind of insect whose droppings were raining down on me all night. They must have known about it becasue the bed was clean when I arrived. Given how much was in my hair I don't want to think about how much I ate and inhaled in my sleep. The staff changed me to a new room when I showed them a picture of the droppings on the pillow. But they should have comped the reservation. It was completely disgusting.

Hotel boutique precioso. Área de piscina pequeña pero encantadora. Desayuno buenísimo. Atención del personal

El restaurante está en el área de la piscina, así que se oye música y gente casi todo el día.

Le quartier secure et agréable. Le lieu magique avec une très belle arrière-cour pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Le personnel aux petits soins. La qualité du petit déjeuner, "bien qu'un peu répétitif" nous sommes resté une semaine.

Le parquet qui craque dans les escaliers dans la chambre et dans le couloir. Mur mitoyen avec la chambre d'a coté assez mal isolé. Nous nous en sommes rendu compte le dernier jour. On ne peut pas avoir toujours des voisins de chambres respectueux. Salle de bain un peu étroite. Globalement nous avons été contents de notre séjour. Sans ces petits inconvénients j'aurais mis un 10.

El servicio de personal del Restaurante/Bar fue excelente, especialmente por parte de Daniel. Muy buen desayuno y los tragos muy bien ejecutados. La ubicación del hotel es excelente! Su vibe es muy interesante y la piscina es un valor agregado.

Sugiero que coloquen un mini bar al menos con agua de cortesia. La habitación ya demuestra algunos señales de humedad en el techo y paredes necesitando de algun detalle de mantenimiento.

It was a very clean and tidy hotel with a pool we were able to use daily, there was also a restaurant if you wanted to have your meals onsite.

Only drawback to our suite was it faced the street side and was noisy at night.

The amenities and the breakfast are on the top around other places.
