I love the location very private. Amazing view from the balcony. 7 minutes from Luquillo Beach, 22 min from Fajardo Beach and 45 min from San Juan. The house needs more sheets, towels and a toaster. Need a big mirror in the small living room for selfies 😂. I will rent the house again next year.

Very secure facility. The property/facility was comfortable & close to amenities (restaurants). The shower ran hot for 30 seconds then cold for 30 seconds, then hot again…would have been nice to know this ahead of time!
The stairs were a bit challenging for this old guy but the handrail was very sturdy & the view from the balcony was exceptional.
I would certainly recommend this lodging & would stay here again if in Loquillo.

My children loved the kittens they played with them any chance they could. They were so cute n friendly. Yamaira was a sweet heart, when i called at 11:30 pm delayed. The view was gorgeous. The sound of the coqui was peaceful.
The dark road to the house was a bit scarey but after the 2nd night driving in dark it was normal.

Balcony view.
Place is outdated and in poor shape. There's 2 apartments separated by a wooden door in the bedroom. Therefore you can hear absolutely everything from the other side. Which also made me feel unsafe. There was hair and candy wrapoers in the floor. The apliances have rust. Not sure if it was a queen size bed or a full size bed but I had my 7 year old niece and we weren't comfortable at all. Huge bugs. No privacy in the kitchen above the sink windows and on the outside that is where the other rental apartment parks. Spent our last night drenched in sweat because there was a power failure and the property does not have any source of power backup.

beautiful and safe property!! Property owner VERY ATTENTIVE and he and staff always available via phone call. Clean, beautiful updated and biggest bathroom i have been to in Puerto Rico!! TV with wifi worked!! Close to all beaches, food, etc. IT is located up in the mountains so i always ensured to be home before dark as the roads going to property are narrow. Property has 2 spacious clean bedrooms, stove, refrigerator, sink, etc. Property owner also accommodated my special requests for bday surprise for my mother (at a cost of course) and they were just wonderful!!
That i did not stay longer!! i will next time!!
It is located in the mountain, and i was absolutely ok with it. For those travelers who may not be used to narrow roads, i suggested getting to property before nightfall.

Never book this apartment !!!!! Million dollar view? More like a dumpfield. The house was absolutely disgusting, EXTREMELY DIRTY, we have the impression that noone was there for a very long time.Everywhere dirt and spiderweb. Bedsheets were disgusting as well. To make matters worse on the second day we had no water. So nothing worked , no toilet ,no shower. We contacted Alain K. ( The owner) several times, he told us that they are working on it.So without a solution we told him, we would move out.We booked for 5 nights, stayed 2( one without water)
We sent him the full amount in advance. The Payment what was returned was not correct. We tried to contact him, but without succes (blocked)
