Noisy, dirty towels, old ripped towels, missing robes, extra fees for everything eg water bottle, poor service considering 5* hotel. Feels like a 3 star hotel with a pool.

Allow me to begin by expressing my profound dissatisfaction with your establishment. As a potential customer, I attach paramount importance to the ambiance and service offered by a hotel of your alleged caliber. However, it is undeniable that the sophisticated decor of your hotel fails to mask the numerous shortcomings in handling customer issues and, even more conspicuously, your own staff. The incident during my stay revealed a series of unacceptable negligence. The noisy demonstration carried out by your staff outside the hotel, with vuvuzelas, reminiscent of a low-grade fair, is a shameful affront to the reputation of a so-called 5-star establishment. But that is nothing compared to the serious incident that occurred in my room. The negligence of your staff, who not only invaded my privacy by rummaging through my personal belongings but also stole over €200 of my property, is inexcusable. Your so-called "investigation" led to no concrete resolution, and your minimal offers of consolation are an additional insult. Even the refusal to grant me a late check-out after the events I endured speaks volumes about the utter disregard you have for the safety and comfort of your guests. Lastly, your poor communication and belated attempts to cooperate with the authorities underscore your blatant incompetence in handling such situations. Undoubtedly, I will never set foot in any of your hotels again and will make it my duty to discourage others from doing so.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful!

The gym was difficult to find. There was no complementary water in the room and the bottles of water were $9 each. Went to grab two smoothies and a yogurt for breakfast and the bill was $60. Thé menu didn’t have many options.

O hotel é muito astral, funcionários super atenciosos! O Lobby, onde tem um bar, e a piscina, com certeza são os pontos altos e diferenciados do hotel. A localização é ótima tbm.

The hotel furnishings and decor are beautiful. The service was really good.

The water in out room was not hot. You should consider removing carpets from bedrooms to accommodate those with allergies and asthma. and those with pets perhaps be on one floor. My sister really struggled to control her asthma during the stay because of the carpet.

Design and space

Poor AC. Maintenance came twice and didnt fix properly No differentiation between hotel guests and uber drop off. Had to drag my cases whist 5 helpers stood ignoring me.
