Rooms are spacious and the staffs are very friendly.

The lift is tiny and smells weird.

THE STAFF.. in all my travels I rarely seen such incompetent staff. Not polite at all and not helpful. One person at the reception was rude. The location is really not good, you can smell things burning from down The bathrooms are really old If you are travelling alone as a solo female, you will get bothered by the men staying at the hotel. There were a lot of men and I was the olny female around. So coming down to breakfast with a t shirt was problematic as I got approached in the lift by 2 guests.. but also later when having breakfast. Overall a really horrible experience. I was biased by the positive comments but don't get fooled...

Razana was perfect because it was near Wilson airport and we were flying to Masai Mara early the following morning. They also allowed us to keep our luggage there until our return 3 days later which was good. They ordered Uber for us as well. The food was good in the restaurant.

Comfortable beds. Quiet hotel - like no noise at all. Staff were very kind. Allowed us an early check-in (without prior notice) & late check-out. Safely stored our bags after checkout whilst we went about town, until we were ready to collect and go to the airport. Felt very safe travelling as mother & daughter. Close to town & airport. Easily accessible by Uber. Gets a definite recommendation from me!

Big and clean room. Arranged pick up from the train station for reasonable price. Good dinner and breakfast.

Reception staff can be a bit more welcoming.
