The food was good, the hotel is exceptional and I’m definitely staying there again on my next visit

The location was the main reason I chose this hotel. I was only passing through Lagos briefly and it was a great opportunity to not hit the city traffic. The hotel is modern and the rooms are very nice.
I attended breakfast first thing due to a morning flight. There was no tea/coffee service and no omelette chef the whole time I was there. This left the experience feeling quite incomplete.
The hotel also didn't feel hugely sound-proof.

The receptionist (i believe his name is Daniel) is the best that I have encountered in a couple of trips to Nigeria. Helpfull, clear, professional and friendly. The location is good if you travel the next day. The restaurant The Bull is also Ok.
The Legend was just that; a legend. For me it didn't live up to the expectation. The room (suite) was not that big, a bit outdated and not really really clean.

The customer service was extremely warm, friendly and efficient. I was awarded an upgrade at no extra cost. The room was exquisite and very comfortable.
The rates are a bit expensive. The steam room next to the pool was not operational during my stay and there was little guidance on how to operate it.

Several things: we had a guest come and they refused for her to come in. The internet affected my work and they refused to allow us to get a refund to go to another hotel.

Very comfortable hotel the bed was so comfortable,hotel is very clean and facilities are excellent. I think if breakfast was included in the price of the room it would be better as it's very expensive just for the room , then you pay for breakfast on top. that's my only issue.
