Brak możliwości regulacji klimatyzacji w pokoju, co przypłaciliśmy przeziębieniem ( temperatura na zewnątrz nie pozwalała na wyłączenie klimy). Pokoje, a zwłaszcza łazienki wymagają odświeżenia ( jak na sieciówkę Jaz oczekiwałam lepszego standardu)

The location on the border of Nile and close to some historical sites. The view from the room on the Nile and west side. Various external facilities like pool, bars, restaurants. The territory and garden are well maintained. Water, tea, coffee and kettle is available in the room. The helpful staff.

The bathroom is tiny, old fashioned and with bad setup. Toilet is just in front of the door which is also between the sink and the bath tub. The drainage is very poor. The description of our room from the hotel says there is a walk-in shower which is not true. The free toiletries are just basic soap and shower gel in a wall dispenser. Clearly this is not a 4-star bathroom. The beds are very uncomfortable. I had back pain at the end of the stay. The WiFi is very slow. The smell of the kerosene and the noise from the boats right beside the pool area.

Très bon petit déjeuner et dîner. Les 2 sont très variés. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel des cuisines est très gentil et au petit soin. La terrace est superbe ; elle donne sur le Nil.

Great location, very friendly staff, manicured gardens, cafe's snack bars. A floating pool on the nile. Walking distance to East bank temples. Wonderful breakfast and very good prices given the wonderful hotel it is, room service prices where also reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very modern and clean, also within the city of Luxor and attraction sites.

None, but taxi drivers outside right by the hotel entrance were constantly harassing about getting their ride.

The hotel offers various services and the swimming-pool is very well localised just in front of the Nile river. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

The service in the swimming-pool bar is very long. We booked a room with a balcony and we didn’t have it. The restaurant in the hotel don’t accept visa and they close very early so we couldn’t enjoy a dessert after our meal.

Great hotel. If you get a room with Nile view it’s amazing as the garden and Nile give a nice view. The reception staff is nice and helpful.

The waiters on the terrace take a long time to come to the table and get the orders the evening.

The perfect location to explore all the main sights in Luxor. My hotel room was clean, cosy and quiet. The pool is a highlight - it’s on a raised deck right on the Nile, giving you stunning views of the sunset across the West Bank. The food was ok, but could have been better considering the prices.

Ok, so here’s the thing. Luxor in general is a tourist trap. Literally everyone is out to make a quick buck by overcharging you or downright scamming you. And for a solo traveler Luxor can be a bit daunting. The hotel had absolutely no facilities to help you with information about the sights, tours, trips etc. or even general info on how to get around in the city. They were mostly just interested in peddling their overpriced limo services for everything. My room did not have a duvet. There were no plug points to charge things in the room (you have to unplug one of the table lamps for this) I had to place my electric kettle on the floor because there are no plug points for this either.

Reception are very professional team, especially Mr. Hedra very Helpful and he made our stay so Exceptional

Probably one of the best Hotels in Luxor with great views of the Nile and east access to to the temples and shops . Second time staying here and will definitely stay again .
