This place sits right by the Nile its a beautiful relaxing place to come to once your inside from off the busy streets of Luxor! Security very safe! Very luxurious and 3 or 4 restaurants to choose from. Very clean 👌 👏 👍 🙌 upscale place and the price is unreal how reasonable it is. I really enjoyed my stand and highly recommend 👌 it. Will be back 🥰

The location, staffs and food are amazing. Room is spacious with fluffy pillows. The sunset can be viewed at the verandah and it is beautiful

La posizione e la struttura è molto bella e accogliente. La colazione fantastica.

Abbiamo deciso di fare la spa ma non era inclusa e per un ora abbiamo pagato 30 €, credo un po' eccessiva. L'atteggiamento dello staff è invadente e con intenzione di doverti sempre vendere qualcosa o ricevere le tips (ovvero mancia), magari anche per averti aperto una porta. In un hotel del genere con tutte queste stelle bisognerebbe essere più professionale. La porta d'ingresso della stanza si è bloccata e abbiamo chiamato la reception e abbiamo atteso tre persone prima che ci venisse aperta, intanto eravamo in accappatoio post spa quindi tutti bagnati.

Restaurant staff and service was good, location was convenient.

Multiple problems with checkin - were charged $400 extra, given room that had very bad smell, given all rooms with two beds despite booking king bed. Lack of privacy in room because of small door curtain. Issues with checkout. It took away lot of time and effort from a short stay in Luxor, the staff needs to be trained properly and be able to resolve issues other than just verbal apologies which doesnt resolve anything.

J’ai voyagé dans beaucoup de pays, fait des hôtels des plus grand palace au maison d’hôte, tout ça pour dire que le Steigenberger était exceptionnelle ! Le personnel très souriant, accueillant , poli, toujours au petit soin. Les restaurants nous avions peur vu les avis sur la nourriture en Égypte n’était pas bonne, mais dans cette hôtel que ça soit l’italien ou l’hôtel en lui même tout était très bon , pas malade, les cocktails délicieux ! Ils ont également organisé la soirée du nouvel an qui nous a laissé bouche ouverte ! Ils ont étaient minutieux et au petit soin pour nous laisser une soirée rempli d’étoile dans les yeux incroyable ! Merci !

Steingenberger is an excellent chioce for your stay in Luxor. The vieuw on the Nile is spectacular. The hotel has plenty of facilities including a swimming pool with warm water. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff is helpful and kind. You can choose among 3 different restaurants plus bars and around the hotel there are cosy Egyptian restaurants offering local food for a small price.

Location is excellent. It’s Restaurants are very good, especially the Thai Resturant. Morning breakfast in the open was very relaxing. Staff is exceptional. Overall, very good experience.

Lovely location, superb breakfast and a very comfortable room.

The hotel is well located, the interior court is nice if you want to relax after a full day of visit and the pool overlooking the Nile is also very noce at the end of the day. We enjoyed the Italian and Lebanese restaurants during our stay - the food was excellent. Special shout out to Zaffa and Svletvana for their support troughout our stay and all the employees of the Steingenberger Nile Palace for their excellent customer service!

Excellent facilities, amazing restaurants, well located and staff were so helpful, friendly and made our stay exceptional. Israa helped us with anything we needed and was very knowledgeable about what to do. Very close to east and West Bank and close to main historical sights.Would highly recommend it.

Tout était absolument parfait. L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel classe et adorable. En ce qui concerne la chambre, elle était grande et nous avons été upgradés avec une chambre donnant sur le patio. Même si le mobilier de la chambre est assez « old style » tout est en bon état et très propre. Les lits étaient très confortables et la literie de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est quelque chose d’incroyable. Il y a tout ce dont on pourrait rêver. Nous avons mangé dans le restaurant libanais et c’était absolument délicieux; nous avons aussi testé le restaurant thaï et je peux dire que je n’ai que rarement mangé thaï avec cette qualité-là (j’adore cette cuisine alors je mange assez souvent et ai matière a comparer). C’est une cheffe thaïe au fourneaux. Finalement nous avons mangé au snack et c’était aussi ok, même si ça n’était rien de particulièrement special. Les prix des restaurants sont très abordables et du coup nous n’avons même pas tenté d’aller ailleurs au vu de la qualité de la nourriture servie. Nous avons aussi essayé les massages et c’était incroyable. Parmi les meilleurs massages que nous ayons pu avoir. Attention prix « occidentaux » mais cela vaut la peine. Je ne peux pas finir cette revue dans parler de la vue sur le Nil. Du matin très tôt avec les montgolfières dans une vague brume, et en fin d’après-midi les couchers de soleil époustouflants avec en contrejour les felouques, sans parler de la vue sur l’endroit où se nichent les merveilles de l’Egypte pharaonique.

Beautiful property with nice and clean rooms, most of them facing the Nile. Excellent location, friendly staff. Good breakfast with a variety of items.

The food at the restaurants could be better. The TV does not have apps like Netflix or YouTube or a way to cast it on.
