I particularly liked the way the staff were so polite and friendly and helpful as we arrived and every time we left or returned. In particular Tracey on reception.

The location is excellent. We had the buffet breakfast which was extremely good and we ate in the bar again very good.

Very comfortable large room . Also very quiet for its central location. Small but adequate swimming pool.
Nothing really. The hotel is rather dull in its colour and seems to lack atmosphere.
Needed help to get our cases up several stairs at the hotel entrance but we had to drag them up ourselves.

Couldn’t not extend my stay for one extra day when decided to change my plan. Don’t think they spend much effort to accommodate my request.

The location is good.
The attitude of front desk was rather disappointing. Plus, no solution at all to our request of having two separate beds.

Very clean, excellent staff. Incredibly noisey drilling and construction across the road didn’t really carry through to the room which was great.
Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming, but again the staff were fantastic. The pool probably needs more regular attention in terms of chlorination and cleaning.

the hotel was clean and very comfortable, all of the staff are also very pleasant, always greeting us. Definitely enjoyed my time there.
The pillows aren't the comfiest, however you are able to request your preferred pillow which is great, so I definitely recommend doing so.

We love the location as it’s out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything.
Also always the most comfortable bed and pillows in all our hotels we stay in.

The property was well situated in the centre of the city. The staff were friendly and professional. The staff went above and beyond on ensuring your stay was perfect. The pillow menu is amazing and I highly recommend people to book this hotel.
It was fairly clean but the duvets had stains on. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

Really friendly staff, the guy from the concierge will help you with all the luggages.
The room service was quite good as our TV is not functional sometime, the technician came in time and fix the problem.
The location is good,close to the attractions.

Room clean & good size bed & bathroom. Good location.
Mattress seemed like it had failed on the one side yet it was still being used. Not Radisson standard.

Classic Hotel, very comfortable and spacious room with shower and bath. The breakfast was amazing with ltos of choices and even a chef to prepare omelettes. The installations were very clean and nice. The staff was very kind.
To say something, there are no views because is a classic building surrounded by sky crappers.
