Handy to Airport

Bathroom. The vanity bowl took up the whole cabinet top. There was no where to put anything..

It was super clean and had everything we needed.

The room was a bit tight but we were comfortable enough.

The staff cleaned up our dishes when we were gone. That was a nice surprise (even though there were only like 3 dishes). The room had "drinking chocolate" better known as "hot chocolate" to us Americans.

We were a group a 5 people (4 adults with one 14-year-old child) with the sofa bed pulled out. It was very tight for all of us with luggage and all. You have to walk up stairs to get to two of the beds. The stairs weren't really an issue, but they just took up some room. The toilet and shower room were pretty snug.

Location was superb. Card access after hours was easy. Great room, clean and fresh, shower was perfect. Nicely upgraded interior of unit. Perfect layover between flights.

Clean and close to airport

Near to the airport with airport shuttle.

The rooms were a bit small for 5 people and there was no table to have breakfast with 5 people.

Very modern and very compact. Great for one night stay

No iron in the 2 rooms.we booked. Iron fixed to the wall in the laundry. Very awkward.to irom if you are right handed person. Unfortunately the laundry is locked all the time. We cldnt iron our stuff cos it was locked when staff retired.for the day. We ended up buying an iron. Pretty stingy and not customer focussed. If you are booking in this place, take your own iron. Won't be staying here again. ⁹99

The pillows are like rocks, very hard. No information on where to get food if you come in after office closes, and no breakfasts available anyone.

Comfy beds, clean and tidy. Value for money. Taxi to airport cost 25 NZD.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear clearly everything from next door, ear plugs highly recommended. We chose to stay at this place because of its location and our early next morning flight. The friendly lady at the reception (sorry, didn't catch your name) did everything for our nice stay and departure to be smooth as and did a prebooking for a taxi to come pick us up at 4am the next morning. In the morning of our departure there was however no taxi to be seen as prebooked. We did eventually get a taxi after a phone call to the taxi center and 20 minutes of waiting. This has nothing to do whatsoever with the Auckland airport Motel, just want other guests to be "prepared" with a plan B. I had asked receptionist for our booking reference for the taxi as well as the taxi center's phone number. Luckily enough. Just in case, if you need to catch a very early flight, I highly recommend downloading the Uber app, for instance.

This was a great place to stay that is close to both the international and domestic airports. Comfortable, clean and good value. Perfect place to check into if you have an early flight the next morning as we did.

We checked in late in night at 12 mid night. We were about 30 min late in check out beyond the check out time of 10 am and we had multiple calls from.the reception for check out. Receptionist was discourteous.

The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful(forgot your name sorry!), from check in was so informative and helpful about my queries and then later on when I couldn’t work the heat pump, she came and helped so quickly and was very considerate. Location to airport was great and the room was furnished so nice and modern and very clean! Price was great value too. Rooms felt very secure with electronic access keys.
