It is located in one of the best region of Shanghai. The room is so silent, comfort and clean. There is even washing machine inside the room and also many lifts to make guests more convenient.
I would like to have different kind of foods every morning and if it would be possible, I offer to dear manager to make the diversity in breakfasts for every day of week.

I chose the hotel purely because it has balconies, so that I can smoke. I had been to this hotel before 10 years ago. The hotel has aged but it is still a fine hotel that serves the purpose for a few days stay.
The location is far away from most places that I had to be, and a convenience store like 7-11 is 5-10 minutes walk

The wifi was very bad. We need good wifi for business. For a 5 star rated hotel, you should expect a mucccchhh better WIFI.

The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The room has a washing machine.
Most of the staff were unfriendly and not helpful - as an international travel I did not feel welcome.
The breakfast was terrible and in no comparison with previous experiences with the same hotel chain.
For an international 5 five star hotel this one certainly does not meet this standard.
The request to speak with the General Manager has been ignored several times.
