The best place I ever stayed at. The staff,location,environment,variety of food choices. TAJ is the best choice for every person look for the lauxury and relaxation.

Великолепная архитектура, приятный сервис, чистота и непревзойдённые ароматы внутри. Проживали в Тадж Махал Палас. Чувствуется, что отелю 120 лет, но это приятное ощущение. Пожить 1-2 ночи однозначно стоит. У меня был день рождения, получила приятное поздравление от отеля. Хороший завтрак. Интересное и душевное место.

Удивил холодный бассейн. Странно, что такой отель предлагает своим гостям плавать в ледяной воде. Весьма расстроило, что детям до 15 лет нельзя погреться в джакузи после такого ледяного бассейна. Очень маленькая зона для курения, вечером было не найти столик. Для Индии - отличный сервис. Если сравнивать с европейскими странами, то местами не дотягивает. Например: на ужине очень долго ждали официанта, который бы убрал столик после других гостей, а в конце вечера официант подходил каждые 5 минут и спрашивал «А всё ли в порядке». На завтраке официант предложил воды и забыл. И много таких мелких деталей, которые вроде и незначительны, но оставляют осадочек.

You can't beat the location. Great value for money on the city view rooms as all rooms in the tower are the same size. That being said, the rooms are small, and the bathroom is tiny. The room is more like a 4 star hotel but you're able to use all of the facilities of the palace wing such as pool, fitness center, and spa. I stayed in the palace wing last year and you definitely get what you pay for, and that includes the front desk staff which are much more polite and accommodating on the palace side. After experiencing one of the sea facing club rooms in the palace wing once, staying for a fraction of the price on the tower side is well worth it.

The front desk on the tower side were straight up rude and argumentative when I told them that they had disturbed me by calling my room for a non-emergency over and over right around 10pm at night. I like to wake up EARLY. They called me so many times in a row while I was sleeping that I nearly disconnected my phone from the wall. The next morning instead of apologizing, they told me that they are allowed to call the room as many times as they want before 10pm. Totally unacceptable.

RUSH & WAITING TIME FOR BREAKFAST , PROBABLY BECAUSE OF CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR'S EVE.

A notre arrivée, j'ai demandé si on pouvait avoir une chambre avec une baignoire. Taha me dit qu'ils sont fully booked mais que je pouvais revenir demain pour changer de chambre, sans frais, De la Tower au Palace !! D'abord, la Tower je la trouvais exceptionnelle mais alors le palace c'était encore une autre affaire. Ici on paye pour une expérience, un mode de vie, un niveau de confort. Chaque € dépensé est justifié. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et pour mon bébé, un vrai délice avec des omelettes bio préparés sur place. Nous avons eu des moments incroyables et souvenirs au Taj avec notre bébé. Merci 10000000 fois pour tout!

The way we were attended . Pathetic especially the waiters there . Hospitality was very poor & pathetic . Lots of attention given to foreigners as soon as they entered the room . Room was given to us by 3.30 pm . Souk Staff members showed less hospitality & they themselves not aware about things & more curious to attend foreigners . We had taken room with lounge access but still during hi tea they were reluctant to serve tea second time when I asked . Top floor Souk members should understand that normal room rates differ from Apollo room so obviously if a person has paid for it you can’t be reluctant to serve them tea or coffee . Before checking out I was having my tea & my hubby had gone down to check out as soon as my husband came they said you have checked out so pay for the tea . This is ridiculous. Although we were humble to check out early inspite hotel telling us to check out late .Hopeless attitude full of ego should learn from other Taj Hotels . A detail survey required. Will never visit the property again

Twinbed Arrangement grossartig Service vorbildlich. Concierge sehr zuvorkommend bis hin zu "To go breakfast" bei früher Abreise.

Bei einer der drei Nächte fand eine Veranstaltung mit lauter Musik statt die erst gegen 02:00 Uhr morgens endete. Das hat wirklich den Schlaf gestört und passt nicht zum Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das japanische In-House Restaurant Wasabi hat im internationalen Vergleich zu hohe Preise - auch wenn es sehr gute Qualität anbietet. Aber eine Miso-Suppe für umgerechnet 25,- Euro ist einfach too much.

Beautiful hotel, staff could not do enough for you. The room was exceptional - sheets were the best sheets I’ve ever slept in. The facilities are perfect. The hotel has kept its authentic charm whilst being beautifully modern.

Alles war sehr gut. Herauszuheben ist die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals ! Mr. Yoges vom Pool hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und erfüllt!!! Vielen Dank für alles.

Im Zimmer gibt es nicht einen Haken, um die Handtücher aufzuhängen und so zu trocknen. Somit gab es jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Mit wenig Aufwand ließe sich viel Wasser sparen.

The room, the staff service and cordial attitude.

I was expecting a room sea facing and India Gate facing in the heritage building, was dissappointed. I was offered the suite on the 18 floor in the Tower. It was OK but not why I booked Taj, Mumbai.

Very welcoming atmosphere and great service from all staff. Very clean room. High level services. Astonish view to Gateway of India. One of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

I strongly suggest to eat breakfast before 9.30. After this time you will beed to wait to be served.

Just mixed experience with staff. Seems too busy for good customer service. Few things are confusing such as were is breakfast served if you are on Tower vs Mahal and lot more. I did not eat my breakfast even a single day.
