The lovely girl in reception
It was totally outdated, we walked into our room and were totally shocked. It was luke a student Bedsit. Stark and a grubby old leather couch. The price was very high and the quality of the room was shocking.
Even when we got upgraded the suite needed some attention to detail I.e penetrating white lights in the bathroom, rotten bathroom door and dusty shelves on bedside tables. We couldn’t wait to leave and were left with a sense of being totally ripped off.

Quiet.
The staff reassured of a change of room and it didn’t happen. Air conditioning continued to stay on. Making room very uncomfortable.

The parking facilities are great. Staff including check in and cleaners all friendly and helpful.
Pool and gym facilities are great.
Highlight of the room was the large balcony with the great views.
Rooms where a little disappointing for the price, the bathrooms are relatively small compared to the walk in wardrobe which seemed bigger than the bathroom.
The couch needed a clean and no full length mirror in the apartment. Our apartment did have a funny smell.

Room was great overlooking the river.
Bed comfy, water pressure excellent, movie range very good.
Curtains great for blocking out light for snoozing.
The couch wasn't great for sitting on as resulted in sliding off frequently.

Location worked well. The room was comfortable and we were lucky enough to be upgraded. We were able to travel with our dog - we were asked not to let him use the hotel grounds for toilet and we complied - however our neighbour just let his dogs out and that's unfortunate for the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and secure. We will look to stay again.
We were a little disappointed that there were dead insects on the floor, one of the towels, although it was meant to be cleaned, had a muddy patch on it and the TV remote had food all over it. So cleanliness left a lot to be desired. However the sheets etc were fine. We run an Air BNB so know to check the TV remote and would never leave a dirty towel.

The TV in the lounge wouldn’t connect. Me and my partner had to watch off his laptop for our stay. It wasn’t a dealbreaker but definitely would have been nice to be able to watch something on the TV together.

The location is good.and it’s very clean.

The arrival was smooth and the receptionist was very apt at her job, after a long journey it was pleasing not to be held up. the location is lovely with the views out across the river. the access in to the hotel was easy and moving through the facitity was good.
the breakfast in the morning was excellent and the staff were all very polite and charming
the Gym was well set up with good equipment that was in good condition
The room was a lot smaller than what the photos indicated, for four adults it was particularly cramped and the one small bathroom took a lot to manage.
we moved the couch to give us access with our luggage when we arrived due to the cramped space and the carpet was covered in litter and had not been vacumed for some time.
the room is feeling some what tired and requires some maintenance, particularly in the bathroom.
