Apartments are clean, parking was good, reception was friendly and helpful. Good value.

Unfortunately 2 bedroom apartment only had an ensuite bathroom so this was unsuitable for two couples; driveway access of Bay street is a very tight turn in a larger vehicle

good location, but near busy road, didn't hear the traffic too much, bonus bedroom was good, but didn't really need

rather dusty, for instance on top of the cooling unit, dishwasher hadn't been emptied, blind cord was longer than necessary and hadn't been restrained, potentially a strangulation hazard.

Good parking, all the facilities needed for my stay and longer if needed. I will use them again for my next visit to Brighton.

Would have liked the option of a ground-floor apartment because of my disability, but did not know the layout so did not ask.

Clean and spacious

Lighting was a bit dim but no issue.

The location. It was also quiet at night.

The apartment is very old and tired regarding furnishings, decor, shower water pressure and shower head. Small bathroom - couldnt have two people in there at one time. The bed was lumpy. Also the parking area was very tight and no adherence to parking spaces being allocated according to the room number. That needs to be reinforced at checkin. I had to park in another spot but what did the person in that apartment do when they arrived.

The location is great, not far from the beach and on a street with great restaurants & cafes.

The cleanliness of the room was nothing short of putrid mould in shower . Pillows and mattress protector stained yellow there were cobwebs dust and dead insects behind and under furniture. There was an odour in the apartment, no where to hang towels in bathroom shower not very hot bathroom very small but manageable.

Location

Bad Cleanliness, frypan had food in there so dirty, no milk in fridge for cup of tea or coffee, No excuse for a bed on wheels not to be cleaned underneath the bed. Remote on TV didn't work. Blanket in cupboard needs a wash. Says reception is 24 hours it's no person finished at 5 then a locked box with bad lighting. Considering with hate being in a lockdown those room should have been spotless and with coverd they're not cleaned to covert standard.
