Perfect location, very near to GION station and Canal City Hakata, with so many restaurant around, only took me 10 min to get to Tenjin shopping area, Staff was fantastic, room was spacious enough comparing to other chain hotels, will consider visit again next time in Fukuoka.
Hot spring area was lack of resting area when many guests finish showering at the same time, aside from that everything was food.

We liked the location because the hotel was close to Canal City for shopping and eating. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Also, the complimentary ramen at night was great and the Family Mart adjacent to the hotel was convenient.
The room was a little small but comfortable for two people.

Great location just stone throw from the Gion Station, with bus stop right outside the building. The Onsen is great and clean. Steam room is excellent. Free coffee and ice-cream comes as a bonus though the later is not available round the clock.
Given the price, the room is smaller than average unless you pay more for the club floor rooms. If you are willing to walk further away from the stations you probably can find a similar sized room 20-30% cheaper.

Good location.
Usually Dormy staff are great. At this branch, they seemed to all be new or poorly trained.
Lighting in the room was hard to use.
Room much smaller than we are used to at Dormys.

Location is good. just 7 min from the JR train and 5 min from the Crystal shopping centre.
Spend some time in the chair massage room. little extra help!

Walking distance from Hakata station but also with the subway stop right outside
We could not use the onsen because of our tattoos. The interior was a bit old.

Very good location. Great free Ramen. Must try its breakfast if you chose to live at the Club floors, you can use the massage chair on free. The staff are helpful.
Very dusty in the room and i need to clean it by myself. The room is quite small, too crowded for more than 3people.
