Room - i guess hotel must go on renovation, dirty walls, carpet patches, too much sound overnight i guess from PUB.
Charges: I booked two rooms for 4 PAX & hotel said i booked only for one person each room, they pushed me to pay per person extra charge & i end up paying 12 K, i guess this is crime. no cooperation from lobby check-in staff.

The ambience is just ethereal especially at night. The best part is the attached balcony to dine and spend cozy time with your partner/friends & the bath tub.
Outside food is not allowed and the food inside the hotel is very expensive, even a mocktail costs 900 rupees which is very expensive.

Not much at all.
Rooms were not clean. Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, leaky shower onto floor, even the tissue box had a thick layer of dust on the top of it. There were no instructions how to use lighting module.
Most staff had a poor command of the English language and continually made mistakes with our orders as a result.
This is a tired, dirty, old hotel.

the location is great .
not changing with times. the hotel is fading away . the quality is not upto the mark. webs could be seen on the wall art. the rooms r timid for the price we pay . the services are slow .

I didnt like the fact that they were not ready to serve breakfast in the room since the breakfast option was forced on me as part of the booking. I would like that breakfast is always provided as an option and not as part of the package.
