Great location. Enjoyed using the large tables on the main floor to have breakfast and meet up with our group.

Fantastic view on 21st floor, saw Mt Fuji. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortable, bright rooms.

Cafe/ restaurant closed. Maybe could have benefit from a wardrobe. English instructions could have been better for AC/ washing machine.

It is in a quiet residential area. The apartment we stayed can hold 4. 5 minute walk to Okubo and 10 minutes to Shin-Okubo (Yamotyo line) stations. Many restaurants and nightlife close by in Shinjuku which is just one stop away. The apartment was well stocked and clean. It had an inform washer/dryer, kitchen, dining area with 4 chairs, a refrigerator with freezer and a cooktop. Bathroom was spacious.

House keeping is just every 3 days but towels and trash bags given daily. The rooms became bright in the morning even with the shades down. Not necessarily a bad thing...

今回、初めてバンクベッドのあるお部屋に泊まりましたが、ベッドのマットレスがいつものお部屋より、少し固く、毎日寝起きに背中が痛くなってしまいました…

The hotel was conveniently located. The room was clean and we were supplied clean towels etc. The kitchen was basic but all we needed was there. Nothing was too much trouble.

Close to shops and places to eat. Train stations were also really close by of need for travel. Good location if you just want to walk to the Shinjuku area (about 15 min.). Staff were very helpful, spoke English, and always willing to help. The apartments were very comfortable and spacious.

The clothes dryer in the room was really slow at drying. Could possibly be because it's a combo washer/dryer.

Short walk from Okubo station, which makes travelling convenient even though it is not at the popular districts but it is just 1 stop away from Shinjuku. The room is comfortable and clean, they also provide all the necessary amenities. It is also much bigger than most of the other hotel rooms, which makes travelling in a family comfortable. There are also convenient stores and restaurants around.

There's no daily housekeeping but at least they provide a change of towels daily so it wasn't that bad.

The junior studio was spacious enough for 4 of us. Glad it had cooking facilities.

it was advertise to have two bathrooms. In fact it was 1 bathroom . The toilet was in a separate room than the shower and bathtub. We wanted to book a studio with two bathrooms, hence our disappointment. It would be good to be advertised accordingly. We tried to pay extra for a 2 rooms apartment but was too late
