A segunda experiência não foi muito agradável. O quarto não tinha sido bem limpo. Havia vestígios de resto de lixo nos baldes. A TV não funcionava de forma correcta. As últimas refeições antes da partida, foram feitas no hotel, e por algum motivo a minha filha teve uma intoxicação alimentar. Um cheiro muito forte no corredor que parecia de esgoto.

ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. TOWELS WERE NOT CHANGED, HAND TOWELS WERE LEFT UNFOLDED, GLASS WAS LEFT UNCLEANED ONE DAY ADFTER MY RETURN TO THE ROOM. MARKS ON THE FLOOR LEFT IMAGE OF UNVLEANLINESS

Breakfast was great

The service in the restaurant at night was very slow considering how few people were there.

Good clean and not noisy.

No door between toilet and room. Good for couples but not for family. A bit too expensive in Windhoek standard. The breakfast is not as lavish as I have experienced in other Hiltons. The staff didn’t allow my wife and son to checkin only because I went to drop off the car and the payment was not done! Seriously? I booked from booking.com and the booking already has a credit card linked to it! Bad gesture. Even though they finally gave the room before I arrived; but we didn’t like that hesitation part.

The rooftop bar, the parking, easy access from the airport, nice breakfast and staff.

The double beds are not very wide, the bathroom is very open, you can not share if you are not family or related.

You are not going to do better in in any major capital city. This hotel rates very highly.

Checkin needs to be streamlined, not all staff trained to the standard one would expect at Hilton.

Its a lovely hotel and location. Lovely roof pool and bar, which we had to sit at all afternoon and early evening as check in was delayed 3-4 hours.

The laundry had not arrived so rooms could not be prepared for check in. Lots of guests were angrily talking to reception all afternoon trying to get any room that came free. Suitcases were piled up. We eventually got a room in the early evening after sitting around waiting all day. Considering most European flights arrive (and leave) early morning it was a long day and an unpleasant experience on the first night in what turned out to be a wonderful country. For a 5* hotel it was poor to blame a laundry company.

The staff was friendly

The bath tub was leaking when draining out the water.

The hotel has nice facilities and easy access to the city centre. ideally located close the the banks and foreign exchange desks. The staff at the reception, restaurant and wellness center are very helpful.

The service at the bars and terrace could be improved.
