Absolutely loved the hospitality of the staff. The complimentary airport pick-up was a nice touch and our check-in was seamless. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom was outstanding. The breakfast spread was fantastic too. All in, excellent value for money. Loved the bee-themed artwork around the hotel interior as well.

Security team is on stress like the County is under war much street for paid Guest Not Polite On my last day the Restaurant Manger Ananda and Vegnesh Agreed to keep Basic take away breakfast on our way put. 6 Adults had nothing organised at the Reception at checkout 🙄

Breakfast spread good with several options available. Staff very helpful and positive. REM was always smiling and kind. The idea of Anna shop inside the restaurant novel.

I booked the room at least 3 months earlier with request for high floor. However, while check in was allocated in 3rd floor curtly saying room upgraded which wasn't the case. Wi-Fi did not work inside the bedroom. Staff tried to rectify,but could not fix it. Saloon / parlor for ladies not available, so had to go outside for the same.

Mesmerizing stay the staff behavior and getting things done with in one call , personal space and privacy also the ambience of the residence totally worth the invest . also my incident , me and my wife arrived early to the hotel there were no rooms available on spot .. They arranged it and gave us within minutes which ever was available in the same booking since we travelled long were tired . such a polite nature of staff ...really impressive and recommend 😄😄😄

since there are no slides in the pool area or any such dangerous area any garment can be allowed rather than the swimming costume ( my opinion )

Air Conditioning was worst part. There reception people also weren't helpful. Had to call 4 to 5 times for AC repairing during stay but was in vain. Didn't expect this kind of performance with Hyatt.

Patheric ACs. Not at all worth the money paid. And third grade guest services.

Room was spacious and nice with huge washroom space. Overall staff was courteous. Food (Bfast) had a good variety. Overall a good experience.

I made a huge mistake choosing to stay at Hyatt Regency. Only if I knew the standards had stopped so low, I would have never booked a room in the first place. The bathroom floors haven’t been maintained at all, almost or probably worse than a public toilet. The bathroom also had a pungent smell when you enter the room. The toilets were not cleaned. There were stains on the curtains. The sheets smelled like food, didn’t feel fresh. The corridors had no lights, felt so dodgey. The AC was not on the hotel, it was suffocating and the whole hotel had certain unpleasant smell. The noise from the construction was not making it any better. When I made a complaint at the check out, there was nothing really done, terrible service. I would never go back there.

The service was not good. Whatever we requested got delayed. We had to remind them multiple times.

Rooms have been renovated and they have done a good job. It looked very good

The phone in the room was not working Check-in and check-out took more time than normal - very unusual.

Breakfast was notat all good. Though the buffet was elaborated but taste less food. Staff was good especially manager from Nanital, don't remember his name. He offered me complimentary gol gappas and pao bhaji which was very nice on his part. Overall experience was good.

Tasteless food

All the facilities was excellent, wide buffet and service especially Moimoi and Vignesh were so friendly and helpful.

When we check-in the receptionist told that there is a construction going on so there could be a light sound of construction and that sound wasn't light but too much. It was a headache for us. After that no one was properly picking up the call and able to answer us. Then we had to go for a complaint when they were ready to change the rooms but then the issue from their side at 5pm was that the rooms aren't clean and they'll clean and then they'll give us. They asked for like 15 minutes and took more than an hour to change the room. Getting the room on time and sitting peacefully was out of reach.
