The location was great, the pool was fantastic, having a kitchen and balcony was super awesome and the room we had was so spacious and having 2 bathrooms was also great. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans which we really liked, however some more dishwashing liquid and garbage bags would’ve been really appreciated, as well as extra toiletries for us to use

The room was great but there was a lot of stains on the carpet, and also the walls!! The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were really old and flat and also uncomfortable!! There was no instructions on how to use the oven as the settings had faded and we also couldn’t get normal tv, providing some instructions would be great for everyone, also I found the ensuite bathroom was rather dirty and could’ve been cleaned a lot better also the toilet in there didn’t flush properly and the water kept running which was noisy!!! Putting extra towels down by the pool is a good idea as well because guests have to use the room towels .

The space in the apartment was great, able to spread out and do our own thing without being on top of each other. Views were pretty good , but of city and bit of ocean views. The kiss were obsessed with the pool. Any questions we had the reception ladies were able to answer and help us with anything. Customer service was great and very welcoming. Very close to the shops and tram everything was walking distance. Thankyou

The apartment was a good size, with great views over the river & an easy 15min walk to the ferry, shops, pub or across the Storey Bridge. Good secure undercover parking & a great Pizza/Pasta restaurant, convenience store & bottle shop across the road..

The bathroom was really dated & in need of an upgrade.

location is just right! family friendly, the maintenance guy was extremely helpful and kind! loved the cleanliness pool was awesome! gym was great! room was awesome! great walking distance to surfers beach and Coles , got 10k steps in every day! great location, away from the busy traffic which is great. sushi place and convenience store just a 3 min walk away

probably need a book of instructions in the room or signs in the hall showing where the rubbish chute is as we had no idea there was one on our floor until we got a text on our last day , so we had been dumping our rubbish in the public bins when we found one. maybe i should have asked earlier.

Pool and pool area absolutely fantastic. Sauna and gym were great.

Apartment very tired, especially the bathrooms & bedrooms. Lounge room aircon unit leaking water onto the carpet below.

Great location around the corner from the main area in surfer paradise. Appartments were nice!

Everything was good really

Comfortable bed and couch. Convenient location. Nice pool. Roomy deck.

TV was difficult to use. No regular cable channels, just Apple TV which was hit and miss. Staff went out of their way to help us. Lighting wasn't great.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, they were able to accommodate me on such short notice and when I needed to extend they were so lovely. I am so grateful for all the help I received from the lady on reception who dealt with my booking, she was absolutely wonderful.

The only down side was the rubbish truck at 6am every morning and the fruit flies in the apartment.

The pool is great, room was large and comfortable and the location is nice.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Very comfortable bed and lounge. Big balcony overlooking the pool. Check in was simple. Katie was very friendly and helpful with local information. Close walk to shopping, groceries and the patrolled beach. 3km walk to Gold Coast Turf Club.

Parking entry swipe site difficult to locate and our allocated spot under a different tower to our room. Quite confusing.

They gave us early access to our room which was much appreciated. The location was pretty good as well, just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the center of Surfers. The room was well laid out and comfortable.

The fact that we were only given 2 towels for a ten day stay was minimal to say the least. The toilet seat was broken and despite their attempts to fix it kept coming loose. The dryer sounded like it was trying to rip itself from the wall, so we set it when we went out.

Good location and very clean. The pool and spa were well maintained and not too busy.

The TV did not work properly and parking was tricky with storage in the allocated spot.

we have four people but have to share one toilet and the soap and body shampoo cannot be refill as nobody is working on saturday sunday and according to the term and condition given on the paper we have to buy ourselves
