Had a great, very comfortable stay at KMM. My room was cozy and well appointed. I especially enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom considering I travelled in the thick of winter. Breakfast serving was really great -- a good range of buffet, and the hostess there, Teo, was very lovely. Breakfast is served on the top floor which makes for really great viewing of the city. The reception staff are on the younger side but I was really impressed with all of them -- a very friendly, hospitable and professional team. The hotel is conveniently located: it is about two minutes away from Avlabari metro, and about 6 minutes away from Old Tbilisi, from where one can enjoy plenty restaurants, baths, and other activities.
Not dealbreakers, but I think it's worth mentioning that the heater wasn't very effective and towards the end of my stay the underfloor heating in the bathroom seemed to be reduced. While the breakfast spread is very good, the first few days of my stay were the same thing. Towards the end there seemed to be minor changes which is good, so my suggestion would be to pay some attention to switching things up everyday.

The staff is very kind and always helpful. The hotel is located in a good area close to local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast area is very nice and the breakfasts was good quality.
The room very well ventilated and the air conditioning was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. The noise insulation was poor and we could hear our neighbours. The room windows were open directly to the street with cars parked just outside of the window which was not very pleasant.

Clean room, great breakfast with amazing view..the hotel hallway even smell nice.
Heater is fixed at 28 😅 and couldnt change the temperature, but we just turned it off and its ok

The hotel is two building never Accept a room in the building where the reception is it is too noisy ( people under your window making noises, door slamming cars horns…..) cleaning is not that good I stayed for more than 10 days they did not vacuum the room)
Now we come to the breakfast it is very limited specially if you do not eat pork also water for the tea is very cold
The woman in charge of the breakfast area is very rude she refused to heat the water for the tea and if we did she turned it off
She walk in front of the food and tested and touching the food with hers bare hands.
TV don’t turn it on unless you like news channels and you speak Georgian

Some of the staff members were very nice and trying to be helpful
The first day I arrived there was a terrible smell in the room, the space was not very big, the patio was simply going to the street with no view. When I moved to the new room, there was mold between the tiles. Breakfast below average: not enough vegetarian options, pastry was dry, the coffee machine wasn't working occasionally. When I was checking out they were giving me calls and knocking on the door to hurry me up before 12 pm.
Location is a bit inconvenient. You have to go up the hill, the nearest cafe 10 min away.

The room was big, nice and clean, Beds were big and comfortable.
I want to mention about the breakfast. It had many options, we all could find something we like. We really liked the homemade yogurts.
The only problem is that the hotel doesn't have parking.

good location , and good view only from the panorama twin room
the panorama king room is the most expensive but the view wasn’t as great as the panorama twin room
also the bathroom in the panorama king room was terrible, it stunk so badly, like it was coming from underneath or the drain, plus it was very loud and annoying noise coming from the elevator near room 401, and the fire alarm went off a few time early in the morning around 7am…. for no reason
i would stay again only in panorama twin room in the second building.
