There were cockroaches. The foods (room service) from the kitchen/Resto were disgusting, the meat was old stock, the utensils were not appropriate for “stars” hotel.

The staff were very helpful and outstanding. Excellent service and outstanding staff from the concierge, security, housekeeping, etc. The hotel has a McDonald’s, a convenience store, and casino beside it. The food was a combination of Asian Filipino and American.

Hotel staff tried to help in any way they can but there were just too many guests to accommodate during checkin or check out. The hotel was a little chaos in the lobby and snack bar/dining due to the way it was designed. There was a separate checkin counters for online booking but it was closed after certain hours. Checked out took a while and there were only two staff whose taking care of phone calls, etc. that’s why they couldn’t answer immediately when you call to ask for toilet paper or towels which were not available in the room when we checked in. Not sure if the hotel has a policy for loud noise at a certain time. Guests were running around and loud at 2 AM!

KESTER (FRONT DESK) VERY PATIENT , KIND AND HELPFUL 100% we wr having trouble with booking.com , it says it has been credited but it did noy went through. I migh just go to hotel website and book there. Because of kester will be coming back and recommending my family to stay

Slow processing in the line during check in. The Shower room is almost visible. While taking a bath the guest outside the restroom almost can see you.

it’s near to terminal 3 which make it good, and also to the new port mall , mcdo , 7/11 and to the other big hotels.

cleanliness is kinda bad I saw cockroach roaming in our room and in the buffet area when we had breakfast specifically at the counter of peanut butter spread . breakfast buffet starts from 6 am until 1100 am we came at the last minute the staffs already packing already the food which is understandable but they hold it for a while since we just came.
