the aircon is not cold non smoking room used to stayed here couples of times few yrs ago they allowed to smoke inside the room but no longer now… and no information abt it on Booking.con

I'm surprise because I thought 2 bedroom had 2 separate bathroom instead actually had 3 bathroom. Very convenient. Also, bathtub at master bedroom very large.

location is very nice, walking distance to city center and very convenient to call taxi to travel around the city the hotel’s reception is very friendly facilities and decorations are very good

have to collect grab food at the guardhouse. they do not let it send to the lobby. it’s very far to walk all the way to the guardhouse just to collect my food.

Awesome location, huge space

Room AC was musty and mouldy smelling Security did not allow drop off direct at lobby. This would preclude groups with heavy luggage as this makes it extremely inconvenient

Spacious rooms, loved the bathroom lay out. The doors were soundproof which was perfect for light sleepers like me. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Thanks for getting us the room with the view, we loved it! There were shops close by so you could get anything.

Just the drainage system in the shower maybe? It takes a while for the water to be completely drained. So i have to shower quickly😶. But maybe it was just in that particular room, since i went to a different room a day before and everything was fine. The bath tub was amazing,

the location is awesome. large apartment. breakfast was ala carte at a restaurant next to the apartment - delicious. complete facilitities - fridge, dryer, washing machine, microwave.

bed is not so comfy to my liking. expected better. fridge's freezer not working - not cold enough to freeze.

The apartments are ideal: big, comfortable, safe, and within peaceful and beautiful grounds.

The TV channels were very limited

Air conditioning is not cold, and the house is with full of glass window. Bathroom was not clean, bathtub is totally dirty.

Room size: Ideal for families, very spacious, but the number of people will need to be declared beforehand as they will charge for any extra pax if different from original booking. Amenities in room: Washing machine and dryer included, fridge and freezer is big and working. Comfortability: very very cosy Location: near to lots of places! walkable distance to Bukit Bintang, KLCC. Lots of roadside stalls right outside of the place on weekdays morning till afternoon too.

Breakfast: Its not a buffet breakfast. Only have 4 options to choose from and no second/third helping if you are intending to eat more. I would suggest for the meal to be delivered to room instead since its not something we randomly choose, its already prepared and set. Deliveries: All deliveries will need to be collected at the guardhouse. Abit troublesome for this one. Housekeeping: They came in to clean our room even though we did not request for any cleaning. Its somehow an invasion of privacy, we had our luggage opened as well. But they wasnt any loss items, just a breach of privacy. Dryer: took really long to dry the clothes and we had to spin it for a few times through the night for it to dry by morning. Lights: were quite dark. best to have white lights too. Best to get ready in the living room with natural lighting but no mirror around except by the door. really bad lighting if were to get ready to go out at night especially for ladies who wants to do their makeup
