The apartment was excellent in every way.

The staff were nice. The beds were really good. The room itself was tidy.

Locked out of car park which we paid for was frustrating. Staff helped us get back in which was good but wasn't nice calling at night waiting to get a hold of someone and wasn't great going out to sort it out at night. Lights in our room were flickering on and off maybe a bad connection or something, the tv in the bedroom didn't work which was frustrating and our toilet set was broken. The staff were nice but only there when checked in, no other time and when we called we were waiting for 20 minutes before we got through to anyone. For the amount we paid it would have been nice to have lights working properly and be able to watch tv in our room

Great location in CBD. Paid parking off site but just across the road. Washer and dryer in room was handy.

The staff were super amazing organising me a park from when I arrived at 10am and taking my bag to my room so it was waiting for me. Clean and tidy, comfy and everything I needed for the night. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Noisy the fire alarm went off twice during the night .We were huddled out on the street at midnight freezing cold .I payed 230 dollars to stay on the Friday nite then charged 450 dollars to stay en extra night not happy that's over $700 .I will never book through you guys ever again it was a tiny room as well .I would like some credit given to my wallet as compensation for a tiny noisy room regards John godenzie PS I'm a loyal customer but not now

We stayed for 4 nights and our room was only serviced once and that was when we rang and said we hoped they were going to give an appropriate discount. We knew there would be no Sunday Servicing so expected that it would be definitely be done Saturday and Monday. Saturday late in the day they came and asked did we want our room serviced but by then we were getting ready to attend a function so just asked for clean towels. Monday they sent someone from another floor after we complained.
