Lage (wenige für uns passende Restaurants und Bars), Frühstück sehr teuer, ein Pool geschlossen und die Aussicht vom Pool aus nicht gut, Hotelfassade in die Jahre gekommen (wurde gerade neu gestrichen) aber im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Singapur unscheinbar.

Zimmer ausreichend groß und komfortabel. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage des Hotels ideal zum shoppen.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung an der ein oder anderen Stelle wäre sicher angebracht.

Concierge and room service personals are excellent

I was asking for late check out but given til 1 PM siting that the hotel was fully booked and nothing she can do about it to extend my late check out, but while we were having conversation a guest next to me at the same counter was approaching another front officer and asking to extend the late check out and was immediately allowed to late check out until 2 PM. The lady I talked, had no way to give an excuse then allow me to have a late check out til 2 PM. like the guest on my side. What a terrible experience I received from the hotel that I always stayed when visiting Singapore. I told my wife we would never come back here again since they are not treating all customers fairly the same.

Breakfast buffet was superb. The staff were amazing. I also really appreciated the choice of pillow for the bed, that was superb.

The only thing that could have been a tiny bit better was the latte was average not excellent.

Everything else was superb. Thank you for making the hotel and room pet friendly. Our cat loved it as much as we did.

Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Separate pools on different floors, one for families the other a quiet pool for adults.

Incredible staff (in particular Farhan at breakfast). We were travelling with a baby and the hotel went above and beyond - nappies and wipes in the room along with a nappy bin, toy on arrival and safe cot. Really excelled. Pool on the roof was great for babies and families. Breakfast was really good and nice selection.

Hotel a little old but no issue as well maintained and kept in good condition and clean.

The only small inconvenience was that the toilet seats don’t come with bidet sprays.

Location, staff was excellent with great attention to detail. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, with exceptional product quality! The gym is wonderful, and the room has everything you need with comfortable beds. The pillow menu is the cherry on the top.

Sound insulation is really bad! The doors let all the noise through. The walls are well isolated though. You can hear people when they are in the hallway. And in the hallway, you can hear people showering or speaking. This is a major flaw that can ruin your rest if your neighbours are loud. Also, sometimes you will have to wait a bit to get a table for breakfast. It's a big hotel with loads of guests, and the breakfast restaurant should be a bit bigger. But the staff is always impeccable and gets your table ready quickly!

Everything and everyone at the Four Seasons met our expectations. From the moment we arrived in our Grab, we had people opening our car doors and grabbing our luggage. Doors opened for us to enter the facility, and the receptionist who helped check us in new our names the following morning. The breakfast was great, and the bar at night had wonderful drinks and informative bartenders. Our room was very large and comfortable, with a great bathroom with a rainfall showerhead and a soaking tub.

Nothing wrong with our stay. It was great!

great location on the orchard boulevard and with a big bus stop right outside the hotel.

the rooms and hotel are very dated and not representative of a four seasons brand. the service was questionable too

Family friendly, I was given a beautiful room and very accomodating for my 2 children The pillow were the highlights for our sleep. Very sold and game changer for comfort sleep

They have the BEST gym ever! very big bathroom! two lovely swimming pools!
