Staff is extremely professional and well mannered, always motivated for job.

Très grande qualité de l'accueil. Le buffet pour le soir est de très bonne qualité. Le mall en face de l'hotel permet de déjeuner pour quelques centaines de roupies.

It's a minor detail : I did not realize that it was possible to have pancakes on request at the breakfast. This could be better advertised in the breakfast room.

due to dairy allergy I was not able to enjoy breakfast, they failed to understand this was important, specially I notied them in advance. I requested almond milk. Day one no milk so I missed breakfast, day2 was ok, day3 no milk and 4 and 5 same. I had to wait ages for someone to get the milk from shops. I requested a refund for my breakfast but was told I would have to contact Booking.com

staff have no idea about dietry needs and allergies, they say sorry and walj away Managers have no idea either

Slow service at check in, restaurant was under maintenance so we had to use an alternative restaurant at the ground floor which had limited food choices, also rooms are small

The staff was exceptional. They helped with everything small and big. Saurabh was kind and thoughtful and we really appreciated him. The beds were clean, comfortable and restful

Good standard of hotel Staff were rigid and not be able to direct / help with a small task. In other hotels this has not been a issue

Staff are not supportive we had an issue with ac they moved us to small size room as we were having a long stay nobody cared we stayed in smaller room with 7 bags no space to walk around,gradually they were behind us to get the room upgrade and pay them extra money for upgrades, initial the room which was given to us was decent size and we had requested to move us back in the previous room but they know we dont have any other option rather than upgrade and kept us in smaller room. Three days back also we requested no body turned up back. I know if i agree for upgrade then will do within minutes I frequently use tan across the globe dubai,mumbai,london,Kerala. But leant one thing from ahemdabad taj that money works.

Room Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.

Wide variety of food to choose from Breakfast buffet and service was excellent. Gourav from kitchen staff needs special mention for assistance provided to me during breakfast time.

Good facilities

1) There were little spiders on my bed also there was spider web underneath side table. 2) Torned and uneven bathroom window frost tint. 3) Also one of the lift was getting out of service. 4) no one picked the phone when I called from service phone from the lift lobby with written "Dial 0 for assistance"

Hotel served very good breakfast and staff at breakfast area was attentive and pleasing. Polite and professional hotel staff. Perfect location of the hotel, right next to Ahmedabad One Mall. Room size was ok. We expected bigger bedroom considering we chose a King Suite. But it was nice with well furnished sitting area. Good view from 17th floor. Staff both in housekeeping and at the restaurants were warm and welcoming. Thank you to each one of them for making our stay comfortable. Mrs. Mage restaurant chef and staff were lovely. They accommodated our requests to make our meal experience wonderful.

No dislike. Just expected bigger bedroom in a King Suite. No bathtub in Suite... wish it was there. Restaurant Mrs. Mage was nice but would request hotel to add more variety of dishes in it. Menu was international but we felt it could be better with more items on the menu. International vegetarian cuisine is very vast and amazing so there is a lot of scope there. Room had WIFI issues. Hotel provided a WIFI dongle which served its purpose.
