The hotel is excellent with best in class hospitality. Breakfast spread was excellent and in dinner you can have the best of mutton's preparation. Great experience!

We had the club room. Excellent size. Lots of space.
Food in the restaurant was very good.
Definitely isolated with a car. They do have drop off/pick up, but not always timely.
It can be noisy in the courtyard rooms.
Next time would book a hotel with a view.
And the worst was hot water could only be had in request. What? For a hotel this costly??? And the shower was one of the worst. Hardly any pressure.

Hot water used to come on and off, AC was not working, got room changed.

staff went over and above to make us comfortable. food was superb and great variety at the breakfast buffet. bonfire is a great option. despite us being the only guests during one night, no compromise was made on facilities or food
although it’s neat, but it’s old and needs an upgrade and more maintenance

Staff, they issued a bill for my breakfast which was included in my booking, which was afterwards neutralized and while washing my car, they put so much water in the car which has yet to be evaporated after cleaning every day for last five days and is producing foul smell. Yo can't even sit in the car in morning. I don't know why the hell they poured so much water inside the car, it seemed they were cleaning the car from inside using a water pipe or so. Very dissapointed.

The location and the history of this place is amazing. Also it's located a but away from the hustle bustle of the mall road.

it’s located in very peaceful area called Burlowganj which is 3 kms before the Mall Road entrance . it’s very quiet and rustic place with a heritage charm as this used to summer residence of the royal Nabha family . The food options and buffet breakfast is limited but the quality and taste is excellent . This property is for people who value such peaceful and heritage hotels as compared to modern five star properties.
The Claridges room 101 to 105 face the driveway and the main entrance for cars and other vehicles . Rooms need a touch up at various places even though they are clean and very comfortable. Special services like laundry , spa etc might not be functional always .

Breakfast was a good spread. The terrace adjacent to the restaurant is a great spot for al fresco dining. Steps leading down to the recreational facilities are quite unique and make for a nice hill setting. Our 5 yr old loved the play room.
The room itself was very small, and feels like the interiors could do with a refresh. The access to the room was through the driveway and the balcony/sit-out wasn't a quiet spot as one would hope since there was traffic circulation.

Everything about the property is royal. The rooms, the lobby and the dining is elegantly designed. The entire feel is of a Maharaja.
Rooms are superb.
One can never go wrong at Claridges.

The staff, so warm. The spa and the two most competent, professional masseuse - Leena and Shaziya. The guests are super quiet and respectful, unlike irritating ones at other properties.
The breakfast spread was very bland and monotonous. There's chair cushion tops everywhere lying around on the ground. The rooms that have been made have dirty dishes and dirty linen lying in the cordidor for long hours. No special provisions for a celebration.
