Location is fantastic. In the old city and close to the Temple and shopping and food and not very far from the airport. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is located close to the major sights. The hotel is a character building with good facilities, good restaurants and comfortable rooms. The staff allowed me a morning check-in which was very much appreciated after a long bus ride. Finally, the staff were able to book me a train ticket to Delhi- thanks Simranjeet 🙏

Camera discretamente grande con doccia e bagno di buone dimensioni.

Odore e profumazione ambienti troppo forte a volte nauseanti con essenze molto discutibili.
Forte odore di scarico nel bagno.
Stile e decorazioni troppo "particolari" con abbondanza di addobbi floreali in plastica, vecchi e polverosi (all'apparenza).
La nostra camera era diretta sulla strada principale ed esattamente di fronte ad una moschea che notoriamente richiama i fedeli alla prechiera 5 volte al giorno con megafoni molto rumorosi.
Purtroppo essendo all'interno del raggio di 1km dal Tempio, non è permessa la vendita di alcol all'interno della struttura. Non è neppure permesso portare all'interno cibo da fuori. Un Hotel con tante restrizioni.
Prima di lasciarci andare dopo il check out, ci hanno fatto aspettare in reception che un incaricato verificasse lo stato della camera nonostante l'assenza di minibar....

Convenient location as I had come solely to visit Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) as it was a 10-15 minute walk

Small leak in my bathroom
Feels a bit unsafe in the early hours of the morning (2-5am) to walk alone but there were rickshaws waiting outside and staff helped with this

room heater facility & response was little slow when we informed them.
that heater was old style - small & very noisy they should upgrade immediately.

The bedding was ripped the staff kept on getting the room service order incorrect multiple times. We complained no good will was given or discount given for a poor stay. Will never stay here again.

Only Location was good near Golden Temple.But your customer service at the restaurant was poor and your front desk was below expectation.I was here in 2020 and the servicecwas excellent n the room were clean.

Excellent location, good food and extremely cordial staff are to be specially mentioned. Ms. Sallu was very helpful and cooperative
It appers to be a bit old property which puts certain restrictions on the space and facilities. It should have one more restaurant and garden at the front is too small for a premium property. Rooms are also small compared to newer hotels.

Excellent location.
Bathroom smelled bad. Restaurant staff size was inadequate and service quality and cleanliness was of poor standard.

Amritpal Singh from the housekeeping department was very helpful.
The exhaust in the bathrooms were not working and one of the rooms bathroom w had a leakage that was not repaired during our whole stay.

some building work was going within hotel which was noisy , how someone can rest and relax when some renovation in taking place in . Duty manager was not helpful they need to trained professionally more about customer service.
Customer service from duty manager was lame. Ramada should have some professional on board to train their management.
