I love this property. The food is amazing, it is clean and quiet. The staff were great as usual, especially Jorge Ortiz.
I thought the price of this stay was a little on the high side. Otherwise, excellent.

Great location and the hotel offered decent amenities. Gym and sauna were nice. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Great service from the hotel staff.
Breakfast buffet was average. Lots of options, but the cooked food wasn’t warm. Had to constantly visit the front desk to issue new key cards as they rarely worked in the elevator, gym, and lobby.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Overall the food was fantastic.
Unfortunately some facilities were closed because of covid. There was some confusion upon check in that could have been more easily resolved. The pool area is on the first floor and is tiny. Only 2-3 people can use it.

The property was clean, the staff was accommodating, the atmosphere seemed up to date. My stay was comfortable.
Underground parking was a little tight, but manageable.
