the staff were very kind and helpful.

It was perfectly located on the soi for me as I trained at multiple gyms. The rooms are set back from the street so at night it was nice and quite. Excellent value for money for the room.
I am not a fan of the aircon being directly over the bed and I would have also liked a larger freezer section in the fridge. Big enough for a bottle of water.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Pools nice and washings very cheap great service.
The man over the fence coughing for hours on end, the bed is extremely hard. The doors into bathroom extremely loud squeaks so wakes anyone else up in middle night. The aircon remote didn't work properly so aircon fluctuated.

Perfect location for training on the Soi, very central and in the middle of all the major gyms
Didn't get a chance to try the cafe food but it was very convenient having it right there especially the early morning when we were leaving and needed a coffee
Not much to dislike in my room, but a friend's room had very little lighting so their room felt a bit dark. But otherwise my room was fine nothing to complain about.

I love the staff and service! They were soooooo nice and reliable! The first day I was there the electricity in the room I booked didnt work so they quickly upgraded me to a nicer one which was perfect! its close to all the gyms and good restaurants as well so overall yes i would like to return back here next time:)

Great location, good value for money.
Currently doing building / renovation works and they were drilling into our bedroom wall from early morning - really not ideal when you are trying to sleep! Should not sell the room next to renovation as this made for a very uncomfortable sleep.
Furthermore - if you get back aches easily from uncomfortable matrreses - Dont stay here. Bad quality mattresses - we move to another hotel for 2nd part of our trip for same price with a much better mattress quality.
Pool also needs cleaning out!

Staff were nice. Location is perfect if youre coming to train on the street as its right in the middle. Room was basic but has everything you need
Hotel didnt send a driver even though one was booked so obviously that was annoying, so had to wait around at the airport while things were sorted.
Restaurant was closed but spoke to the reception women on the day i arrived about breakfast the next morning as i was going to be doing muay thai at 8am so said i wanted breakfast at 7am if they could do it. She said this was fine and showed me the menu, asked what i wanted and that was that. Next morning i go to reception at 7am and its all locked up, so i waited, she arrived at about 7:15, i said about breakfast and she just pointed out a few restaurants in the area as if the conversation prior had literally never happened, which was weird.
Bathroom has saloon style doors which are so stiff you need to barrel through then as if youre a linebacker, and if anyone was behind you at the time the rebound would probably KO them.

Staff were friendly and always provided everything that was needed.

Wow, what didn't I like! The location was incredible for anyone training on the Soi, within walking distance to all the fighting gyms including tiger Muay thai. Across the road from a vegan restaurant, as well as many others, the location really has something for everyone! The wifi was strong and incredible, I was able to easily join any zoom I needed to.
But my favourite part was the staff. They were so lovely, helpful and accommodating, they really made me feel welcomed! They were so understanding of anything I needed and were always happy to help. As a solo female traveller it was really important to me to stay in a safe and welcoming place and Siam Villa was the perfect place.

I came for the sole purpose of training at tiger Muay Thai. it was perfect for this. Also, room was cleaned everyday, this was a nice touch.

Nothing aside from it being close to Muay Thai gyms
DO NOT BOOK everything was terrible
my room was infested with a colony of ants, which I had to exterminate myself after buying RAID from 711.
the room was dirty, front desk staff was not even present when I arrived
staff were also unpleasant and unprofessional.
I know it is only 2 star but terrible accommodation.
