Great location at airport

Location in the airport was excellent - it is so convenient next to the check in counters as well as the trains/monorails into the city.

The rooms were small but that is par for the course in Japan

The location of this hotel makes it an excellent place to stay before or after international flights. It has all the facilities you need from an airport hotel. We stayed on arrival after a late night flight and the night before an early flight, all which worked really well. We were even able to have our luggage delivered to the hote and they had it waiting for us in our room when we arrived.

Comparing to the USA Airport hotels, your hotel rooms are too tiny. The buffet area was next to the hallway so it was loud and not comfortable.

The location..when you’re leaving on an early flight it’s perfect. The rooms were nicely decorated…modern and very clean..and quiet. The staff were polite and helpful..we had to change rooms and all the luggage and bags were moved for us while we were out. We ate in the restaurant and it was a good meal, reasonably priced.

It was surprising. Our initial room was a standard twin room..and it was great. Quite large and roomy with a table and chairs and a decent sized bathroom. Our flight was delayed so we had to move into a Hollywood twin room…it was more expensive so I was expecting an even better room. But strangely it was much smaller..no table or chairs…I was so disappointed. I didn’t think the Hollywood room was worth the extra cost. We didn’t have any choice, this was the room available. It wasn’t terrible, just a let down after the previous room.

we booked two rooms (one for my husband and I, another for our two kids aged 14 and 17 yrs old). both rooms smelled “funny”, had furniture with paint chipped off, wallpaper with bits peeled off, and generally felt very old and not very clean. we had stayed in this hotel a few times pre-pandemic (around 2016-2018) and the rooms gave a better impression then.

Nothing. The ONLY good point about this hotel is that it is right on the departure floor and that there are restaurants and decent takeaway food right outside the hotel door. The building is confusing because the hotel lobby is called the 4th floor, but the departure floor of the terminal is called the 3rd floor. In fact , they are the same floor! Totally confusing in the elevators. On departure, my taxi driver could not find the entrance to the hotel at ground level, because there isn't one. Friends who came to visit me had the same problem and could not find the entrance.

I disliked everything about this hotel. On arrival from London, it was impossible to find the hotel entrance because it is hidden in a corner of the departure floor with no signs apart from the hotel name over the actual door which was impossible to see unless you are right beside it. Booking.com offered a free taxi service into my Tokyo hotel but this required constant emails and phone calls to arrange because I did not want the taxi to pick me up on my arrival day but on the following day as I was spending one night in this hotel after the long flight. Fortunately, the taxi driver did manage to find the entrance of the hotel because there is absolutely no ground floor external exit entrance. When I did finally find the entrance after 15 minutes of being misdirected by airport staff, I went to its coffee shop for coffee but I was refused entry even though there were many empty tables. I called for the hotel manager and he allowed me in, but it was a bad start. I also stayed one night at this hotel before my departure but my taxi driver could not find the entrance. The receptionist was surly and asked for my passport to copy it. I asked why three times and she threw a sheet of paper at me stating it was a government regulation. She then asked me to check my personal details on an iPad screen lying on the counter but it had a wrong phone number so I tried to correct it, but it was impossible to see the screen because of the lights reflecting on it. My room, which was a twin, was extremely cramped with hardly any space to walk around the beds. I booked a twin because I had two suitcases which I could put on one bed but it was still too tight. Upon switching off the lights at bedtime, I found the three light switches beside each bed were illuminated and lit up the whole room so I had to put black sticky tape over them to cover them. There was a lack of coat hangers and no coat hooks at all. Friends who visited me could not find the entrance. Awful.
